Can someone please explain!

this astrology thing is becoming very interesting. so i decided to fill in my info and see where I stand with all the planets. rising sign: Pisces------Sun sign: Pisces-------Moon: Scorpio------Mercury: Aquarius------Venus: Aquarius------mars: Pisces..........Now could anyone tell me what all of this means. I've read about my sun sign. i didn't know about the moon and rising signs etc.
