for example, here's a question: in a romantic relationship, do pisces need someone very romantic and affectionate, verbally and physically expressive, or can they understand and still be happy with someone who is a bit more careful and reserved about their affection and verbal expression?
Oh, I also want to add that usually the Pisceans who have mastered the art of picking up and reading people's undercurrents are usually the ones who can find happiness with one who's reserved and careful with their emotions.
I agree. Virgos are reserved & careful with their emotions.
It's quite odd isn't it? You'd think someone (like a Pisces or Cancer) who can pick up on other's emotions would end up with someone similar. But more often than not, such a person ends up being attracted to their complete opposite: someone who has mastered the art of keeping their emotions under control (Virgo,Aquarius,Cap,Taurus ). Odd.
Maybe it's because Mastery over one's emotions = ability to focus on getting things done = particularly good in emergencies when staying calm & collected while everyone else is running about panicking.
Hugely attractive to water folks 🙂.
I think the fish & the virgin can learn a lot from each other. One can learn not to be too emotional/too giving so that he/she won't be taken advantage of, and the other can learn to get in touch with his/her emotions & feel more empathy towards others. Similarities are that both can be quite compassionate towards the needy.

I like Virgo's as a friend. I couldnt be in a relationship with one because I dont think they make wise decisions.
Of the three Water Signs, I think Virgo would be more mentally attracted to Pisces than to Cancer or Scorpio. I find Fish Gals intriguing, and intellectual in an unconventional way. Emotional compatibility would be an issue, because Virgo has to trust a woman, and take her seriously, before he lets her see through the layers of hard rock that protect his tender innards. The typical Fish probably wouldn't have the patience to dig that deep. However, she'd probably be surprised at how kinky Virgo can be (if he trusts her), and she should appreciate his stamina, but she still might grow bored with him in the bedroom - Virgo likes to stick with what works. But, a strong Fish could probably lead / entice him to try new things...
From what I've seen of Virgos, the typical Pisces female would be better matched to an August variety than to us tougher September VGs!
I think polar opposites can manage just fine together .... so long as these two people understand that opposite is suppose to be different for learning, coping, diversity, so life can be ever growing ....... and not think the opposition is in place for power struggle for self righteousness.
A virgo moon placement is a nice complimentary contrast too, just enough virgo for the pisces if full sun is too much..
I really like virgos. The ones I know are CRAZY as hell. Do I think their too cold? Not at all. They just don't like to be suffocated. I've never had a romantic relationship with a virgo. However, my brother is a virgo and we're like best friends. I don't know if it's because of my virgo rising.

Is virgo too cold for you? Do you find yourself to be more affectionate and expressive than they are? Does this get to you in the long-run, do you need more romantic and affectionate behavior than they give and is this significant enough of an issue for you to look elsewhere? Are you able to understand the way they express how they feel or is it not compatible enough? experiences? thanks.
