The one Pisces I was involved with dated me first. But we decided to be friends after the fact. I just wonder why they say it when clearly they date first if they like you.

As a Gemini sun not sure moon and other stuff however for me I enjoy a friendship more than a "relationship ". Where most times people skip the foundation of a relationship which is knowing someone and having a friend first that if more was in store with that friend even better. But too many times I've missed that important step which then leads to a crash and burn. I enjoy having no obligations when it comes to having a friendship where you just wanna do something out of the kindness ur heart and then if it's becomes more those obligations really aren't obligations aside from commitment it's just love. And anyone that truly loves and appreciates someone won't feel the need to have to be shady.
