It's like she's in constant competition with me. Honestly I'm not with her, we have two completely different roles although it's only ever she who asks for my help.
I don't even view her as competition.
She's definitely threatened. I think she wants to be the "favourite" and is peeved that I get more recognition than her in terms of how well we do our respective jobs.
Quite frankly I don't give a shit about how I measure against her in terms of performance my focus is on doing MY job well not watching how she does hers.

I can't frigging stand her.
This is the first experience I've had with a Leo female on this level and I'm not enjoying it to say the least.
I find her to be really sneaky, I've already discovered she's complained about me to our boss (for being overly critical - sorry dear but if you ask my opinion on something you've done and I think it's shit I'll tell you it's shit K?) and fuck me is she not THE biggest drama queen I have ever met in my life!
Like if I happen to remark I'm not feeling too good/a little under the weather whatever, leading to others asking how I am etc. am I ok and what not, within the hour she's had some sort of "oh I feel faint I don't feel well" episode that's CLEARLY designed to attract attention away from me.
If our director comes across to congratulate me on a job well done for something she's out of her seat within 5 minutes and straight over with some sort of "oh and did you hear about x, y or z" something she's done, usually interrupting my conversation btw!
I actually want to punch this girl in the face she annoys me that much.
Please tell me not all Leo women are like this otherwise I'm not sure I can ever be around one for fear of later appearing on Crimewatch UK.
I think this probably has more to do with some of the placements rather than the sun sign, obviously. I say that because most of the best male friends I have had were fixed signs. Leo/Aqua/Scorp and NO...no Taurus men. The Leo and I gelled the best of us four and he wasn't sneaky at all. He was self-serving, but still a fairly decent guy. I've found that I don't get along at all with other mutable men and Scorpio men tend to be hit or miss, mostly miss.
Like you, I had a Scorpio co-worker that kept fucking everything up and was pinning it all on me when he talked to the boss, unbeknown to me. The Scorpio also failed to foresee that the system we were using had a function implemented such that any work that was done, basically had a username signature stamp attached to whatever changes were made. So basically, it came to light that EVERYTHING he had blamed me of, had his stamp all over it. He got fired and let me tell you, vindication is sweet 🙂

I had the displeasure of working for one while in Afghanistan. The little bitch hardly ever left the safety of the camp for ANYTHING, yet I went on tons of missions outside the camp and had my life in danger the whole time. I shit you not, I was nearly killed by the Taliban during a mission when they shot a missile into the aircraft I was riding on, but thankfully it was a dud. The point? The little bitch Leo put himself in for this huge award and grandstanding, while putting me in for this little, tiny award.
That Leo Fucker was the worst POS I ever worked for in my life.

This is my first time posting on the Pisces forum but have to say I could have personally wrote this post myself given that I have the same issue with a Leo woman in my office. I have worked with this woman for nearly 10 years and you hit the nail on the head with the sneaky drama queen points. And whatever you do don't not acknowledge her ish is the biggest and the best in the room because then its taken with such great offense that her claws come out and then some. Leo's are big on revenge. But that fixed nature of theirs is what tends to trip up their "get back at you" BS. I keep the one I work with at arms length and no longer trust her at all and doesn't she know it.

Honestly I wonder if I'm being too harsh. I consider myself a fairly tolerant person but she just pushes me over the edge.
She's all nicey nice at times too, like "hey!" wanting to know what I've been up to but I don't trust her for one minute. I actually had her as a friend on facebook up until I heard about this complaint (eh back stabber anyone?) and then promptly unfriended and blocked her. Run and tell THAT bitch!
Perhaps Leo women and I are just destined to not get on, although I've met some on here that seemed really sweet.
The sad thing is I'd like to give her a chance but I really don't trust this girl! Feels like I can't tell her anything but it will be used against me somehow.

The Leo I'm working under will discuss something with me and seem fine with whatever it may be, then send a scathing email about the same topic copying the director on it. It's a sick mentality!
e.g., Mon morning the Leo brought something up (so kindly reminding me that it needed to be done), I told him that it was on my agenda for that morning (and, in-fact, was the next thing I was moving on to). Near the end of the work day he sends an email, copying the director, telling me to do it immediately and that he needed an employee who can be relied on. I'm like, WTF? It was done before lunch. So, I calmly responded (which took a lot of self-control!) that it had been done and he immediately comes into my office, "When did you do it"? Me (looking at him like he has 2 heads): "Uh, this morning like I said. I told you it was on my agenda!" PRICK! HELLO— We've discussed my compartmentalizing my work and doing things sequentially (I get all in a tizzy when he decides he wants something NOW - which is NEVER a priority, just him being a control freak - and it interferes with the flow). He was simply trying to make me look bad in the director's eyes and make himself look like he's the one on top of things.

I agree with the Leo, primarily the females .... the resolution is easy, though it takes time because you have to wait for precise moments ..... feed them false information in which you know they will use against you. Meanwhile, all the other people who are actually in the know of this information will look at her like she's a raving idiot.
So long as it's just you who knows she's a weasel, nothing will come of it except your irritation and resentment ..... but, if everyone becomes aware of her deceptions then she'll no longer be regarded anything above being that very weasel.

lildol ... the next time something like this happens to you, send an email to the director yourself telling him that you have completed the project but, you can't find your boss, and quite frankly, haven't seen him in hours and you know how dire this project is, so would you like for me to deliver this to you personally, or keep looking for your lost boss?

Sounds pretty wierd and lazy to me ... you could still talk directly to the director about things and leave Leo out of the loop. so long as you remain cordial and polite, the director won't think badly of you, no matter how loud the Leo roars for feeling forsaken.
besides, it wouldn't take too many times before the Lion backs off and leaves you alone ... he has to save face, you know, and if he thinks he has egg on his face, he'll back off from you.

He's priming the Leo to take over his position when he retires next year... a decision he is firm about. Honestly, the director is getting a little foggy in his old age and becoming forgetful so I can see why he would want the Leo to put everything into writing. But, the only thing he emails are demands - again, simply drawing attention to how he is taking charge. And God forbid I can't meet one of the Leo's stupid demands when I have a deadline for a client I'm trying to meet - makes me insubordinate if I don't drop everything to simply shine his shoes or pick his nose for him.
As for bringing things to the director's attention, my last attempt was a dismal failure, he didn't want to hear it. He didn't even want to see my graphs and numbers clearly explaining market trends which the Leo had completely brushed off - the Leo he had previously described a different scenario to the director which placed blame directly on me which is why I went about putting the numbers together in the first place. In any case, the director told me he wanted no part of what the survey research unit was doing and that I had to talk to the Leo. So, I went back to the Leo and told him that I had spoken with the director and that we should make the changes. He responded with, "let me think about it and then we'll have a meeting" (we had already had a meeting on it previously asshole and you wanted no part of my suggestion!). In the end, as the Leo presented it, it was HIS decision that the market forces dictate a change...

Not at all Lildol! I'm enjoying P's advice lol. The Leo in my case seems to play the sypmpathy card and does the whole "poor me" crap which of course everyone falls for and her sweetness and light act appears to have everyone fooled, just not this fish. I'm just gonna play it right back, tell her shit and bide my team. 🙂

I'm a Leo girl, and at the risk of maybe ticking a few people off, I don't think all Leos are like that. Yes, I overreact, and I am nutty, and silly, and competitive. But I do not try to outstage someone unless they somehow offended me. When someone feels sick I worry. I hate seeing someone feeling down, I usually say horrible corny jokes in hopes of lifting their spirits because otherwise I cry. When someone has good news, yes I say my good news but I just take it as a "positive moment sharing." That being said, if someone constantly interrupts me or has behaved in a way that demonstrates that they are trying to belittle me then I WILL make it a point to show how much better I am. But again, that is only triggered when someone has dubbed me and it takes a lot because (although I easily get annoyed) I tend to give people too many chances. I know how scary I can be when I get furious and that's why I keep that part in check or only let it out when no one else is around.
I would say, stop and think back at when you met your boss and try to figure out if maybe you somehow offended her. I know it seems petty, but Leos have a lot of pride and I think it is mainly because most of us truly care about people so when people snub us it really hurts and that's when the beast comes out. Rawr!

We didn't even work in the same field, yet she couldn't stand that I was doing well. It was so bad, that I had to lie about starting a new job, just to avoid any problems from her..
