I was in a relationship with a Capricorn for a year. I am a Leo. I didn't meet him under normal circumstances (one night stand) but we made it work...so I thought. We had our issues. I knew he was still in contact with his ex girlfriends etc and he was very cheap and emotionally vague and I honestly felt these were red flags but stayed. I had my own faults. I was very confident in the beginning but as the relationship progressed I became a little needy due to his vagueness and coldness. Early on he had excuses. Since he works 3 hours from his home base he was able to pretty much control the times we spent together on the weekends. I would maybe see him 1 day a weekend if I was lucky. And then his younger brother moved in and he's a player, so my time with him became even more limited. Fast forward to today: we did have our issues but he completely became evil. I mean the question arose at times if he was possessed with a demon. I was cursed out in grocery stores for minor trivial misunderstandings. He stopped wanting to go anywhere with me. He no longer wanted to come to my place. No matter the time he wanted me to drive to his. He was staring at more women while we were out. We were always with his brother if we did go out. Sex became more and more of a forgotten activity. I was so brainwashed that I didn't realize that he was actually trying to get rid of me. The last straw was phone calls from other women that he wouldn't pick up in my presence. We tried to discuss things but anything I said began to irritate him to no end. I felt like the problem. Well just 2 days ago my family kept telling me to trust my instincts which all along it was saying "he's a no good double dealing player and always has been and he's not the one!" I was right. He broke up with me yesterday in the most hideous of ways. He said we should take a break. He stated he was tired of me trying to keep him from things, (which I never have). He states that If I really cared and he was driving 3 hours back home that it would be nice to get a voicemail from me (never knew when he was coming home. He was vague). He said the only time he felt I cared was the night of our one night stand! NOW this one jacked my heart up. I have done so much for this man and in essence he threw our whole relationship in the trash can. Told me everything he didn't like about me and ended the call. Now normally y'all know that when someone breaks it off that means "goodbye good riddance And kick rocks"! Nope he

Continued: Nope he called back a few hours later like we were best pals. And kept calling saying he was checking on me. Now my question and I apologize for the length but a history lesson is important. Do I ignore his calls when he states he misses me? I mean my gut says he's just trying to keep me around while he goes to play "captain save-a-ho"! I put up with a lot from him. He even stated that he was just like me, meaning not much confidence and that maybe in 10 years I'll get to his level. I was like damn he is really racking up wonderful Karma points. What do you all think I should do with this arsehole? I'm a Leo and a humble one at that but gosh I would love to give him a taste of his own medicine yeah...I also think he met someone so getting rid of me meant he could do what he wanted. Oh I hope someone replies. Thanks y'all!

Do not answer. Block his calls or change your number. Simple. He does not sound like he's healthy for anyone really. He wants to be the swinging dick of fury, let him. Buh-bye. "Revenge" is unnecessary. Respecting self is a requirement.

. Your right. My mom thinks he's crazy. "swinging dick of fury" love that! I'm gathering all my strength to walk away. It's been hard because my self confidence took a pretty hard knock while being with him all this time. The fact that he blames his unhappiness because of me is another issue. He kept saying "I want (someone) I can be happy with." like I'm not in the room. I'm goin to get stronger and finally walk away. Thanks. At least I feel better knowin I'm not the only one that sees he's a little touched with the crazys.

Excuse me, pardon me....pushes the way to the front of the room to grab the Lioness but the ear as a mother would do to her cub.

I am going to breathe deeply while typing this as to not come off um too harsh.

The Title of this Epilogue is One Night Stand Gone Wrong

It is called "One Night" for a reason.

Stop. Your profile does not state your age but if you are older than 15 you know how you were viewed from the jump. The last sign on Earth you would want to do this with is a Capricorn. They hold the entire world to some higher standard. I'm surprised he stayed as long as he did.

He has disrespected you every which way but North.

You speak of Karma which is Universal Law that the Universe will act on its own without any interference from anyone or anything. Translation-What happens to him in the future is not your business. In addition, what he did/is doing to you is also a result of something you have done. You can't believe in Karma halfway.

Why did he call you? Who knows..Perhaps he is crazy (people don't become crazy overnight so you accepted the craziness long ago)
Maybe he thought you sounded like you were going to do something to yourself and he was just checking on you,
Maybe he was using up the last of the free minutes on his cell before they rolled over. WHO GIVES A FLYING .... Why he called you.

You are going to talk to him otherwise you would not have asked us what to do. You want someone to tell you to talk to him. Someone eventually will. Some people enjoy train wrecks.

IT is over. To be honest, IT never was. Find the Good in Goodbye and keep it Movin.

The state of the female is seriously and issue ... she is so confused about her emotions that it makes her unstable.

Before dxp, I used to believe in women, I used to stand up for them and proclaim that they are just as equal as men, that they shouldn't be considered lower, or second rate in any way.

Now, that's all changed .... women, generally speaking, have zero control over their feelings, and they act out irrationally, unpredictably and unreasonably on unrealistic feelings .. and they have absolutely no clue that her feelings are that unstable.

And most of them never past themselves to consider this on a big enough issue to take pause.

Some great advice in this thread.

But, why does she have to have advice?

Is the female so obssessed within herself and her irrational feelings that she loses all reason and logic skills?

That must be the case, if other people have to chime in to rescue her from herself.

Considering that the female is that weak, emotionally speaking, she isn't appropriate to hold any title or office where decisions for other people are present ... because she isn't capable. If at anytime she has a feeling, then she becomes completely stupid, and has zero clue on what to do, where to turn, how to operate her own self, much less the other people in the situation.

Salamkat - it takes a very special cap/leo mix to really make it work given the leo pride and the cap nonchalance. Mother Nala13 is correct so listen to her - one night stand... not a good start. I'm leo and my ex is cap. We didn't break up due to differences but because his job takes him all over the place and the practicality of the relationship was non-existent. The parting was very amicable and he'll always hold a special place in my heart but for most caps, when it's over, it is over full stop. He's playing you - walk away.
