Um, lets see. Well, first off, the Ascedants in Leo match, meaning they both probably have that same "shell" in life.
Some chemistry with the Mars and Venus aspects. The Virgo moon and sun can definitely support and draw from one another. However, the Libra Moon with the Virgo moon isn't the best combination, nor is the Libra Moon with the Scorpio Sun, unless they are conjunct, in the odd case. But I don't know the degrees.
The fact that the Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto match up, shows there is a common ideal or goal.
Also, the Mercuries, unless conjuct, will produce some tension.

Just want to add that when you have someone's moon conjuct the other person's sun(the Scorpio's moon in Virgo and the other's sun is in Virgo) usually the person with the moon is more drawn to the sun. The sun person(Virgo) may feel comfortable or familiar with the moon person(Scorpio) but they won't be drawn to them in the same way.

my virgirl has her moon in aries which is my sun. and the only planet I have in her sun is Pluto.

In plain speak, she'll probably be drawn to you, especially once you get closer. Like magnetically drawn. And you'll be drawn to her as well.

Speaking from experience:

My moon is in Aries. The love of my life was as Aries. I don't think he had ANY planets in my sign, but we ended up drawn to each other and loving each other anyway. It's pretty funny. As teenagers we were opposites - he was outgoing, energetic, and obnoxious(on the *surface* I didn't like that, but at the same time I did lol 😉 ), I was quiet, shy, and studious(I like to read, so what? lol). We would talk for HOURS. No matter how many times I moved we always kept in touch. I didn't know WHAT it was but I was drawn to him and the feeling was mutual. Fast forward about 15 years and now HE'S more quiet and less out going(almost to the point of being stagnant), and *I'M* the one that's ambitious and energetic! I really feel like we brought out the other side of each other and encouraged each other to be more of ourselves, including whatever the other side was. We're still drawn to each other. We can't be around each other without being close and touching, but things just don't seem to work out with us. sigh.

Another guy was a Scorpio and HIS moon was in Virgo. Things didn't work out and, long story short, he stalked me. For months. He parked his car outside my apartment and when he saw me would either give me gifts and flowers and cards or scream obscenities at me. That took a LONG time to resolve, but it ended about 6 years ago.

2 different guys. 2 different situations. Both situations had moon sign conjunct sun.

seems your first description is what i see happening here.
she's young and immature, mature for her age but shows signs of still maturing. she is 20 & i am 36. she is ready to fall in love for the first time and is a serious romantic. hopefully she has hope in me since she has showed signs of chemistry with me. and i am just waiting as long as i can for her to mature as much as possible, i guess.
