Dr Candace Pert says that our emotions actually create our bodies because the emotions are really chemicals that bond to every cell in our body.
Positive emotions create positive cells....do you tend towards negative or positive?
If your body/mind is used to the negative, you will create this in your relationships, becoz your body/mind unconsciously wants a "fix" of negative emotions...
What I'm doing: when someone or something evokes negative in me, I move away from it....because I don't want to be an addict...I want happiness...
