If a baby was 6 months premature, what would its starsign be? The day its born or 3 months after the baby was born considering babies are like 9 months then born arent they?

I would imagine you really take on the star sign that you are born under. I was born 3 months early. I was due in June but was born in March. I'm very very much a Pisces. My twins were born a few weeks early. . They were due in July-cancer but instead were born under Gemini. . Yes Gemini twins born under Gemini twins. Lol
They are very much Geminis.
My oldest was born a few weeks early. .due in late feb-Pisces, but was born an Aquarius. She has a Pisces rising so she still behaves like an Aquarius.

your question is a bit odd... even after the 6months premature thing (lol nem)... because birth TIME is the most personalized part of a chart.

same thing goes for those who were induced, born late, c sectioned, adopted, surrogated... etc.

My daughter came along rather early, also. June 10, to be exact. Gemini all the way. Dem Gem's are the greatest, I tell ya'!!!!
