Understanding Relationship Compatibility and Faults

in the compatibility stakes,
are we blind to each others faults?

you just don't see it
its not there
even when he/she tells you, in all honesty,
you look to find that certain quality
leaves you puzzled

are we compatible
for the mere reason that,
we overlook each other

that is so lame
and i suppose you practice all that?
you don't know what I'm trying to say.

might seem stupid
but without that prerequisite
there is no compatibility
ironic isn't it?

a friend and i are very compatible
and whenever she says, " I'm a real bitch! Yes, really nasty."
