I'm going have to disagree with you also Fred. I wear trendy rings on my ring finger also, sometime two at a time
And guys still approach me. I remember once this guy asked my out and put up my hand and said " I'm spoken for, sorry "
And shockingly his respond was " so, we can be friends " I had to walk away. So wearing a ring on your ring finger doesn't just keep the stray dogs away
But t helps us girls to spot them right away. A weddings ring doesn't stop some guys from hitting on a girl, some of these guys don't care.

If you have a ring and your left hand, and flirt, and want a guy to come up to you, and he doesnt, dont wonder why.
Im not going to go up and say are you married, when you got a ring on your finger.

They are wonderng why I dont ask them out. When they are married

Very simple, hon. Insecure women who need to feel desired by someone other than their husbands. *shrug* No one is perfect.
You have no need to get pissed about it, actually. You know that you won't act on anything, knowing their relationship status...pat yourself on the back for that. 🙂

Couldn't have said that any better. It just shows that she's not jut insecure but also sets very low standards for herself.
Fred I do understand what you were trying to say now. And it's not your fault, some women are just plain insecure and has no class
If she's taken/married and still wondering why other guys aren't hitting on her. You don't need that in your life.

The original post is gone, but good on Fred if he's saying he wants some sort of sign to show that a woman is married, so that he can leave her alone. I get hit on all the time, even though I'm never without my wedding ring. When I tell those men I'm married, they either say, "That's okay, so am I", or "He doesn't have to know". It's sleazy.
