Don't date if you don't feel like it and don't even risk until you really found someone you are interested in.
Honestly, if I were you in this situation and i feel like dating, i'll go with the person who has shown me interest.
If it's by chart, I'll go with girl 2 cause the signs link better.
But overall, I think i'll stay as friends since dating under 20's with limited time seems troublesome and i'll rather be free lmao

Both of them don't seem suitable for you if you're looking for less drama, low maintenance and low budget. But if you're just gonna be playing around, go for the first one who is interested in you and easier.
