Girl stares at another girl intensely, like looking into her soul meaning

No smile, like staring into your soul or through you. Shes my sorority president, suspected of being a lesbian but says she has a boyfriend. I was doing her greeting( its like a paragraph that we have to say each time we see her or the other house committee members) so the entire time she was looking deep into my eyes, slightly parted her mouth. And when I was done usually she and the rest of the house committee members say 'hello' or 'good morning/afternoon/evening' but she said 'thank you' this time. She really intimidates me....

She's probably just curious about you. It may not be bc she has romantic feelings for you though.

@Gooober : another time i did her greeting while walking next to her and she was looking at me the whole time and i was looking forward, when i was done she asked me why i was doing her greeting so slow and i gave her a stupid answer. Also the house committee members get to say its fine when you see them so you dont have to do the greeting at that moment. she never says its fine when i have to greet alone, only when i have to greet with other girls

@UmiSays : she usually gives us this smiley look, majority of the time i greet her she smiles, thats why this stare was very weird for me, i didnt know how to act and wasnt able to hold her gaze

@Gooober and @UmiSays : Well yesterday, I was going down the elevator and it stopped at the Ground level, when it opened she was there (we have a rule that we can't get off the elevator before a house com member ) i was about to her greeting, but she said it was fine, I didn't even say one word and the entire time passing me(to get into the elevator and me getting out) she was smiling but looking down, I doubt she even looked at me. Its not the first time she looks down while passing me

and she's not shy, she's very outgoing and playful with everyone else but me
