Group Work Dynamics- Aries, Taurus, Gemini, & Pisces

My study group in law school is excellent. Yesterday we met and were talking about birthdays. I noticed we each represent one of the elements.
I am the oldest and an Aries. I have been the one making the suggestion, like meeting three times a week to go over the assigned readings.
The Taurus is chill and quiet. He goes with the flow and always brings up good points.
The Gemini talks a lot. He is the most flamboyant and fiery of us.
The only girl in our group is the Pisces. She does her work and is the smartest one in our group.
Just an interesting relationship dynamic I wanted to share. I know of a few other groups in our section that have fallen apart. They had a lot of fire and air sings I believe.
