7. Do you find that you spend a significant amount of time viewing pornography or grooming others for sexual encounters?

Define significant 😛

4-6 points: It seems that you may be struggling in the area of sexual addiction. Your first step would be to gather further information. Get books from our recommendations. If you want more practical techniques for your behavior, listen to and view our webcast "Overcoming Temptation". If your behavior continues, consider going to a 12 Step Support group. If you feel that you need to discuss this with a Therapist, call Jayson Graves, M. MFT, for a telephone appointment at (719) 590-SOUL (7685) or search for counseling resources.

Either way I'm in this range too. I've never struggled with an addiction though, I've always enjoyed it. I was going to say something about it not being an addiction anyway unless it controls your life, and this doesn't... so I'm fine right? Then I read the rest of the description and though "A support group huh? Bet you could find a few freaks in there"... maybe I do have a problem

Does being a professional by day and a prostitute by night make you an addict?

No, it makes you a prostitute. It's only a sexual addiction if the night job interferes with the day job. 🙂

It does as you're unable to focus and produce qty work by day because ur always tired plus you keep daydreaming of the night job. The night job is not for the financial gains but moreso for the sexual explorations. This is a true story

Quit the day job? If the night job pays the bills and it is more fulfilling, do that.
