Men hear all the time that "It's the little things" that make a big difference and make a woman feel loved/appreciated.

Give examples of what "the little things" could be for you, your sign and/or specific personality

Be specific. Don't just say "Being romantic," or "Being helpful." Be specific about what that means. Break it down!

It's interesting to see that what 1 woman may overlook or consider a "requirement" that she feels a man should be doing anyway (thus barely giving him extra credit or acknowledgement for doing so), another woman may think means the world!

Some women (and even some men) seem to confuse the difference b/w "What a guy is automatically/naturally supposed to do for his woman," vs. "Him going the extra mile to do things he technically isn't obligated to do or may not naturally want to do." I think it's fair to give praise to your man in both scenarios, but especially the extra-mile scenarios.

Hopefully, some guys here will get some pointers hehehe

Yeah being a good listener & actually finding out what your partner likes is very important. Women have to speak up more about how they wanna be treated & what they won't accept. That could apply to men too sometimes. Communication is really important. You can't expect someone to know how you feel about things if you never tell them. So love, trust, communication, & lastly understanding, can make things easier. Lol but people make things hard

Last month, I came home, went to our bedroom & saw that my husband had bought me a dress and heels to wear on a date I wasn't even aware we were going on lol I was like awwwwwwww! So cute!!!

Ya know, 1 of those things you'll never forget someone did for you 10 years later or even if you don't end up together. Some things just leave a lasting impression :-)

Certain special moments when someone went the extra mile for you are how standards can be set in your next relationship. Once you've met someone who treats you like a queen, it dawns on you not to ever settle for anything less the next go around. I'm guessing that's 1 of the reasons some of you won't ever forget an ex. There was something good or special they did for you that left a lasting impression. Even though you may not want them as a person back, you'll at least never forget certain memories or extra stops they pulled out for you.

He went the extra mile! Instead of just telling me to get dressed & get ready for a date (standard), he actually did 3 amazing deeds wrapped up in one: 1. Bought me something beautiful! 2. Put effort into being creative and 3. Took me on a surprise date!

See it's the little "extra mile" kinda things that can make your day, week, month or even year!

aw that's nice he did that for you.

I don't like those types of men though. 😄

i really hate surprises. The only extra mile is loyalty, meaning NO flirting, always PHYSICAL presence, stick with me like glue, and to be able to trust me as i trust you. Very simple stuff. put up with my moods and i put up with yours kind of thing.
