Can't work out this Sag girl. Help please!

I moved into temporary accommodation in a country town for work and I am not sure if my housemate likes me or we are just close good friends. So to make it easier, I'll summarise everything that has happened over the last month...

Signs she likes me:

- Instant connection, shared interests in the arts and constantly bonding over things we share in common

- She becomes gushy and 'not thinking straight' when I give her attention/ affection i.e. surprising/ supporting her when she went into hospital and didn't have any family or friends around

- Moments of closeness; when I massaged her, body next to body leaning in doing things

-Spending weekends and nights in together; she'll grab me when she is doing things so I can come along for a drive etc

- Buys me little gifts (in return for when I do things for her)

- Introduces me to her friends and brag about me and talents I may have etc

- Act like a couple when we are at work/ friend functions

- Messages me first thing when she got off the plane for her trip

Signs she does not:

- Could the above be a typical male-female housemate relationship?

- Avoid eye contact

- Avoids general physical contact unless we are out together or doing something

- Purposely bringing up different guys into casual conversation

- She went on a date but this was a day before her planned trip away for a month (we were all perplexed) and she didn't mention it much after; this got me jealous and she seemed happy about it

Admittedly I can be stoic at times and have noticed over the weeks there's been an increase in her trying to stir me up or trying to get my attention. But then I know a lot of this is in my head and I cannot decide where I stand.

She has got me hook, line and sinkered haha. But I guess I don't show it as much and hence she tries even harder to stir me up. Then when I pull back, she buys me gifts and hooks me even further. Then stirs me up by totally changing tune as if she is not interested talking about guys and dates.

My head hurts. Or maybe it is all just in my head? I don't like drama but I am just so clueless here!

This week i've seen two threads from aqua men on how confused they are with their sags.
