Is is out of character for a male Sag to get jealous?

I dated a guy in high school who was a sag and he was very much into me but felt like I didn't fit the profile of the girl he should be dating so we dated in secret. (yes I know stupid) any way fast forward to about 4 years ago, we reconnected and he basically told me he wanted me but only on the sexual level. We texted back and forth for years never got together because I didn't feel like being used for sex. Long story short, when I told him that I was in love with someone and wanted to try to make it work, he went ballistic. Usually he would do the I hope it works and you guys will be happy and give me ideas on what to do. After I explained what this guy I liked was doing he told me that I just needed to move on and get over him...which was completely out of his character for advice. Which got me thinking, the guy I want must really like me. Then I thought why is this Sag trying to wreck a meaningful relationship that I could have. He didn't want me, and has told me that more than once.

Any thoughts?

I dated a sag for years and he was very jealous he just wouldn't admit it. I was young at the time so I use to do it purposely to annoy him cause I wanted him to show some kind of emotion. He was not very affectionate but yes they are jealous just don't usually show it.

If it was only physical he would have been ok. Sounds like the rejection peaked his interest and you hooked him at no. No to a sag means challenge accepted. You became a challenge and it only made him pursue the impossible. You committing to someone else means he failed and we hunters don't miss very often and when we do we start acting like babies.

Nobody likes to lose a groupie/fan/admirer. Or someone to have an escape/rebound with.

Bottom line is, he's not into you. And no, it's no jealousy in your case.

But characteristic wise, yes Sags do get jealous.

I had a flirtation going with a Sag guy at work earlier in the year but it never went anywhere. Now he is in a relationship with a Cap at work. He is jealous when anyone flirts with either of us. When she talks to other guys he gets mad and calls her names. If a guy talks to me, he watches the entire time, giving the evil eye. Then he makes disparaging comments about the guy, trying to convince me not to like him. I think I dodged a bullet by not dating him. He seems very jealous and very possessive.

Keep in mind that he flirts relentlessly with everyone and if his girlfriend even looks at him funny he gets mad at her.
