Whats the meaning of life?

It's really all a matter of perspective. For example, you say you don't want to waste your life, but are prepared to wander forever finding the answer. Looking for the answer to your question isn't a waste of time for you apparently, so you can be perfectly content in your wandering. Others may see it differently. Do you really need an answer now? Life is about the journey. Answers and destinations are simply endpoints to where we've been and what we seek out. Meaning is a man made idea, therefore it's up to you to define it. Now if you were to rephrase it into "What the heck am I supposed to do here?", I'd say that's something you're doing whether or not you planned to.

I have a life goal, but often i doubt i would achieve happiness even if I reach it. But I do not know what i could have done differently. True happiness is harder and harder to find in adulthood. In the childhood years, simple things can fill you with joy like hanging out with friends. But now, even that is gone , conversations seem to be superficial, and its all done for the sake of avoiding silence.

***I want to know the meaning of life, but I don't know how to explore it and find it out myself. Some wise sag please tell me before I waste my life away.***

Your life will not be wasted no matter what you decide to do. Enjoy every moment like it was your last and appreciate everything that comes your way, whether good or bad because there is always a lesson to learn. Learning from our experiences is life and we keep learning. There is no specific answer for anyone. Don't always go looking for the meaning just enjoy the journey otherwise you will be unhappy trying to find that meaning of some sort and it probably isn't what you expected if you think you found it so then you would have to start all over again.

***Do any sags think about that time is passing quickly, and your are moving closer and closer towards death as we speak?***

I don't really think about time passing quickly. I try to be the best person I can be because I may not be here tomorrow so, I need to live life to the fullest today!!

r_a I'm no sag, though I understand your concerns completely. I think you could benefit more from finding peace versus happiness. Maybe that's what you really meant, but redefining things can bring more clarity and satisfaction, even when applied to our own roles in life.

I've often worried about the clock once in awhile and as I've gone on, I have found peace in living well during the journey. I've never really feared death, more fear that I wouldn't complete certain tasks that I have set for myself. If you ask people in retirement who have completed their goals, they've never been happier to be worry free. These are the kind of people that pass away peacefully. I say complete your goals and don't worry about the details. The universe will provide when it's time to deal with it. Finish what's on your plate now.

Well, I am not worried about death itself. I am more worried about days passing quickly and there's not much time left to live out what i want to do. I always prefer to live out a reckless life than a life of stability. I don't know what a good life is, but at least I know i hate living an ordinary life. Life should not be just revolved around work and worrying about problems. There always seem to be something missing. To see time flies away is not a very plesant experience. Is there any way of living that will give you true happiness in everyday life?

to absolve karma, rise above negative traits, become one with soul and move away from obsessing over this world ie worry, stress, food, love, relationships, money, material stuff.

the meaning of life will find you when you plug into your obsessions and rise above those obsessions inorder to absolve karma and become more aware, become a more evolved human being.

when you overcome everything negative that affects your life in this realm truth will find you, you won't have to seek it.

Is this the board where some random sag imputs: 'the key to life is happiness'? lol that's a f*****g fortune cookie I had yesterday night! lmao The key to life is conviction. Believe in yourself, and walk your own path. Have no regrets, (few as possible; this is acheived by being honest with yourself/others), and stop 'questioning' life, and start living it by walking what you talk.
