In your case, it might be very different. Also keep in mind that astrology is only the "nature" half. Nurture also plays its part.. How the man was raised, what his life experiences were and how they've changed him, and the same goes for you. Astrology is not all that matters so try to steer clear of basing your judgment of people solely on that, or you will be disappointed.
Hi Quietstorm that's very true. And I always had interest in Astrology but never considered the only point. I do believe and have the experience that some signs have better matches than others.. However I agree when you say that The social and cultural context of each person and life experiences are definitely what makes the biggest part of the essence of each of us.. No two people are the same...and each soul is unique.
But I also understand that Astrology is a great tool to better understand the other.. And as a Scorpio I do recognize lots of common Scorpio traits in me and others that are totally not me.
This question is really an experience sharing I am looking for. I do know that signs of the air element are very different from me. So different I never was able to have friends or love relations on Libras, Aquarius or Gemini.. however my 6 years old daughter is Gemini.. and I do see some traits that will have to learn to deal with as I forecast a personality very different from mine
Any sign more alike our? for example an happy scorpio/scorpio experience out there?

Other aspects of your placement play a part, my best relationships were with cappy men two of them to be exact who I dated in the past, I have dated a couple of bulls but the relationship were kind of confusing and just not a good working relationship, lately I have been attracted to fire signs, I have dated a couple of saggs, one for three years and one I am currently dating now although it is not a full relationship yet. My mars is in sagg and my rising so this may have something to do with me being attracted to fire sign men, I get along well with all earth sign men and I think they are a good fit for us scorp women even the bulls the attraction is strong more than anything else.

Yeah I guess our map is important I always knew my ascendent was also scorpio :/ but now went to search and found that my rising? is in Scorpio and my Mars is in Cancer.. need to figure what does this mean...
well by the end of the day it is so complex...

You'll get 50 million different responses to this and they're most likely based on their own relationships. Only if life was so easy that sun signs and people would be a 1-size-fits-all. Like a cute t-shirt!

yeah but i think that interpret the sun signs is also a piece of work... but definitely relations are far more complex...
