Can anyone give me insight into these charts?

The guy I've been seeing is a Libra but has lots of Scorpio in his chart. I can definitely see the Scorpio come out. I'm Gemini and supposedly we're not good for each other. But we seem to be good with each other. I was wondering if maybe some of the other planets are having an effect.
