Does love have an age?

It is still a dilemma to me why a much younger man would want to be with a much older woman.

Or

vice versa, you get to hear stories of women showing interest in much older men, which seems to be more accepted. They swear upon love, but society doesn't seem to ACCEPT such combination.

It is said, ...

1- the younger woman likes the financial pluses of an older man.

2- the younger man likes to have only sex with an older woman.

I was with at least 10 years older men long-term together. One was 14 yrs older than me, and I definitely had the hots for him imagining sex with him at every corner of his office.

Yes, I'm not sure what it is that I get more approached by quite younger men. I'm in my 40s, but the 20's guys seem quite courageous lately in approaching me.

I agree with you, Libra. But lately... once one gets the taste of things... 😉 I kinda started liking younger men. Makes me feel perverted in some ways.

Then I look at the older guy and think .. wow.. he is making way too many noises from grumpy sounds to whatnot. But then I observe that the much younger girls can be just totally into that guy --- like I was.

hahaha i get hit on by 16 year olds in the mall my husband is so mad a lil crowd of em followed me round *shrugs* idk these youngings r cocky i told some lil baby boy i could be his mama "it was a joke" and he was all lk "oooh mama" ha

my hubby is months younger but he loves to call me his old lady ;P

as i get older older men get more attractive ya security stability and that silver fox look 🙂

All Leo guys I dated until now were 10+ years younger. I got to hear how much they like my 'mind'. This one Leo friend of mine said, since he stopped dating this one older woman and got married to a much younger, he stopped learning and has nothing to talk to her. He regrets for choosing her, but that's a totally other story.

Anyway.. I don't know what's with him. He still calls me every day and if I happen not to pick up, he leaves messages of how much he looks forward to talking to me tomorrow....

I guess the younger partner makes us feel younger. True in some ways...

A younger partner can make me feel quite insecure too and I did hear from younger guys that their relation with the older female ended due to her insecurity.

I have to giggle at myself about that though. My Leo is 9 yrs my junior but he's very mature. I couldn't tell his age from his appearance and his approach. Had I known his age right off the bat (I can generally tell the age of younger guys) I would have probably dismissed him.

I feel the same. I get hit on by young men all the time too. The popular age seems to be 22 these days. I myself don't particularly wish to be in a relationship with a much younger man, however I have found that I tend to end up with men around 30 because it's what Im attracted to. I like to think I dont quite look my true age and I certainly do NOT act it so I tend to draw younger men to me. Thankfully, I recently began dating someone who is my age and like myself is young at heart and doesnt look his age, so Im excited to see where it goes.

Age isnt always a factor in a relationship of course, but I do think that more often than not, there are issues that arise from it. Too much of an age gap can complicate things at different stages in the life cycle. But again, it depends on the individuals involved.

I dated someone who was roughly 5-6 years older than me? I was in my mid 20's at the time? I didn't really see her as a Cougar or someone "older" than me.

Outside of DRASTIC differences in age (like someone in walker with Depends diapers on), doesn't it come down to just having shit to relate with each other on and wanting the same certain things out of life with?

Guys are better when we hit our 30's. We start to get our head out of our asses (myself absolutely included)

lol my 48 year old libra dad is going out with a 25 year old, dunno her sign but im curious. i see marriage as a possibility but the kid thing comes into play as my dad doesnt want anymore kids. if they do get married, my brother's stepmother will be 2 years younger than him LOL. shes only 6 years older than me heh.

I've been told by younger guys that the reasons they dont bother so much with girls their age is because...

1. they are only looking for security and someone to have babies with

2. they are loud and have no social graces

with looking at older women I would wonder if they are sexually curious as it is said that older women are more experienced and know how to look after a man...

as for older men.....would only look that way if they themselves took good care of their own health and bodies, who needs security when you already have it?
