Hello, My name is Dillon.I'm new here and was wondering what a Natal Chart is and how it affects me.

What I see is the Sun square Saturn which usually indicates self doubt due to complicated issues related to the father. Basically no matter what he or she does, someone with this aspect may never feel it's never good enough.
The Mars conjunct Ascendant from the 12th house can be complex. How sure are you of your time of birth? If yes, and since you are young, please avoid all situations that could degenerate in physical violence, or going out alone at night, you need to be careful with this placement. Don't do all kinds of stunts or adventures to climb the thinnest highest rock around
It would be very important to clarify that time of birth as to see if that Neptune/Uranus conjunction is affecting the1st or 2nd house.
Venus in Scorp loves obsessively and possessively untill one day, pff no more 🙂.

Moon in Uranus and planets in the Uranian 11th house point to having stuff happen around friends, groups of people. So that's why the stellium. Mercury in Scorp helps by giving you an intuitive intelligence, just keep quiet avoid reacting as to what you know.

from what I've read men with Moon/Venus in tense aspects can't subconsiously decide if it's the mother or the lover they prefer in their partner, so they can take a step back as soon as their wife has a baby cause they kinda feel confused.
With Moo /Venus the maternal is contaminated witb erotic and viceversa..

Well, then it becomes interesting: since you're young, it'll help us understand what is the age a chart gets going, sets to motion. When we're kids the angles and the chart is eeflecting more of our parents not us, so we know that at some point the first events start happening to us.
You're still young but wihout giving any specifics I dare ask:
Did you have trouble in school, like learning and stuff?
Did you have any accident, violent circumstance happen to you?
Do you feel like it's hard to keep afloat financially? Do you feel it's more of the finances fluctuate, abruptly? Feel like you can't count on them for sure cause something's pending to change?

The North and South Node aren't in this chart but the Nodes are essential, can you make an astro.com chart for them?

Not really,I had a job when I was 14 for two years but quit when I was 16 so I could play football and have more time with my friends,But like you said I'm still young.

Putting all that Mars into sports is excellent, and this is the first thing suggested in such cases because the 12th house Mars keeps the energy repressed untill the bottled up stuff can explode with unwanted consequences. Sports give a correct break applied to that repressed stuff, rather than generating accidents or violence.
I think the most important thing is to be and remain very honest.
They say people with Neptune in 2nd see glamour in giving money away because they somehow glamorize being able so save others; or they expect to be saved themselves, expecting to be fed, clothed taken care of etc for someone else to pay the bills. So the 2nd house Neptune has a reputation for financial problems caused by our own inability to see clearly where our resources are going. Neptune is like a fog, like a dream, you've gotta focus to keep an eye on handling your finances correctly. Since Saturn rules the 2nd, that helps plenty, bringing some clarity. Still, try not to idealize the financial help you are giving or getting, be very matfer of fact about such issues.
Uranus is in Saturn ruler and Saturn is in Uranus ruler, see? And the Uranus house is full of planets, soo? This chart is all about Uranus, follow the thread. So it's through material/financial/values, societal (11th) that this Scorpio will keep getting reborn. Uranus in 2nd keeps changing the blankets you wanna cover yourself with, so you've gotta be prepared to let go, don't get attached to objects or values since the more you cling the more you'll suffer for them. Still, remember that Neptune: keep finances grounded, don't give away the house 🙂

Aww. It's all good. You say some funny things... but PAngel has her number. The most worthy opponent on a Gemini is a Pisces. A Pisces is ruled by Neptune and is able to deceive the Gemini more than the Gemini deceives others.

Pisceans are such chameleons, and they don't seem to realize it. I had a Pisces bff and I was watching him obviously, he was 100% able to believe his own dream at all times. And act accordingly. It's a fair comment, I've seen Gemini-Pisces couples. Must be some fixed sign nightmare happening there 🙂)
Obviously Gemini has a long way to reach the end of mutable signs.

I meant to ask what you think about Aries and Pisces being alike cause at the beginning and end of the zodiac it's all a blur? Do you feel any closer to the fish?
