I agree. Those who spend most of their time alone and tend to not look for sex or romance normally are the most deep and mysterious. Or the most likely to socially dysfunctional, highly insane, and keep your skelington as a best friend after they've eaten the flesh off it.

There are other things in the world to talk about., you know.

This whole bit of perpetual petal plucking "he loves me, he loves me not" nonsense goes to show that
all the while the petals are plucked the beauty of the flower diminishes.

SMH
i love romance stories and all that, especially when i was younger i would be like, oohhh Disney Cinderella yay!! or Beauty and the Beast!!! soooo beautiful. Neptune dreams!!! but i understand what you mean. Definitely. it's not that important.

Deep love is.

Are you trying to say that people can either only think about sex and romance or other things? Not both, right?
What I am saying is there is a lot more to life than parroting the big bang theory, tons of make-up, hair hats, weaves and perms and fashion models, hunk-of-the-month, women's right
to choose.... to sue a Scorpio and other wild inanity insanities, that have been regurgitated beyond all recognition.

half of us are single and probably thinking and talking about it way more then we would if were with some one and participating it in it...

I can talk about and enjoy all things on this earth...
the way the sunlight dances on the waves, the way a leaf blows in the winds, the vibrant crisp clean smell of a freshly mowed lawn, the stillness of a slow gentle rain, the happiness I feel when I accomplish a new yoga pose, or perfection of a meal well prepared. Be perplexed at a social cause, be passionate about a genre of music, and appreciate how I like to cry because I feel free...

I suppose maybe talking about love and sex is easier to talk about and express your opinions and feelings. Maybe people don't talk about other things so much because the feelings they provoke makes them self concious a bit, maybe they will feel judged, or maybe they are just sacred and to be enjoyed privately by oneself, or maybe they are just waiting to share them with someone who they love and cherish. The world revolves around love. Loving yourself, being unafraid to love, sharing your love...

So tonight, I'm loving having another bout of insomnia where my mind is thinking of a thousand different things, questioning recent events, just trying to figure it all out and why I feel and do certain things...all the while enjoying the absolute stillness of my surroundings and silence except for those southern cicadas that are joyously playing their late night orchestra♡
Romance and Sex is NOT love.
Expressions, perhaps, but NOT love.

True LOVE suffers many things.

Great minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events, small minds discuss people.
Only problem with that, is without people, there are no discussions of ideas, nor discussions of events, nor discussions of people.

Fair to assume that without people, there would be no human minds, however wise (your "great"), however average (your average), however base (your "small").

Problem = Emptiness, Voidness, Loneliness
Reaction = Idea: Companionship
Solution = Spoken Into Existence
Result = Creation

Great minds create and are creative.
Average (perceptive and receptive) minds appreciate and are appreciative. (unperceptive and unreceptive, obviously, will not)
Base minds ignore and remain in ignorance.

Great minds are not necessarily famous, wealthy or powerful.
They may not even be considered desirable and may be found in the unlikeliest of places.
Indeed, they may not, at all be the so-called "educated", whether or not they possess higher learning as
obtained from universities, colleges, graduate schools, etc.
The noise of society's diverse confusions can drown out the notions of peace and tranquility, to be certain.

It's no accident that they who are the loudest, will think to conspire to foment civil unrest and disobedience.

Characteristics of these are they which repetitiously chant simple and inane phrases which contradict their cause
in that they incite not only disturbance of the peace, but also, quickens the tried into harboring resentments which
go counter the objectives of those who would pursue and promote peace among the peoples.

Mankind is not capable of creating peace without segregating the stubborn and rebellious base mindset.
The average mindset will either choose to rise or fall, and they which choose to stagnate, they are the lukewarm and undecided ones.

The condition already exists in society, and is quite observable. Yet it's not necessarily easily observed
by them who are caught up in the thick of society and the ways of the collective mindset.

Civilizations have risen and fallen. The US is going to fall. As are all nations.
The whole idea of global assimilation, through division of one's past and integration into the collective future, is nothing new
neither will it bring lasting utopian peace as the global society architects, engineers and builders hope to achieve it.

Nevertheless, between now and then, there will be much bloodshed.
