My relationship with my mother is really strained. I do love her a lot.
It's just..my mother has a ton of cancer placements. There is a void in her that was never filled because the wicked witch of the east could not bring herself to give a shit about her daughter. So all pacifying is useless.
She called me yesterday that my grandmother wants to have her locked up in an asylum for good, in order to start a lawsuit to declare her incompetent and win my mother's share of the properties they co-own (after my grandfather passed, situation remained 50-50 between the two of them).

Yeah see that is also problematic because my mother doesn't trust anyone with anything legal. I can see why.
She goes to therapy and takes medicine and sometimes has to go to the hospital for a while because she loses touch with reality. But she's not 100% ..mentally ill to be committed for good.
If my grandmother starts that lawsuit, I will represent my mother since it's first degree relatives.
I'm not going to worry until she follows on that threat. Trying to calm the Leo down because I think Scorpio is pretty much only words and empty threats. I told her if it goes really bad, she can come live with me and we'll figure things out somehow.

When I went to light up a candle for my grandfather in the family mausoleum (rolls eyes), I got the key from my mother. I walk inside and I see that cross. Surreal moment in my life. My mother didn't even know about it.
I just have to laugh cuz I'd go crazy.
I feel for you Damnata, certain members in my family are also motivated by greed. Your mother is very fortunate to have you fight for her.

Nice try but you have an Aries Sun.
My mother is a scorp with possibly a scorp moon. She's been on the other end of this. Her mother was a psychopath, as well. No inheritance involved, though. In the end, I don't like either of them. Not sure what placements her mother has but it would be a great coincidence if they shared the same placements.
