Sagis are naive - please understand this, my dear Scorps. I've been stung for perceived wrongs, and it hurts real bad. The archer means well. Overlook the tactlessness, please.

Ascendant, Mars and Jupiter in Pisces;
Venus, Pluto, Ceres and Pallas in Scorpio.

The water in my chart helps - there's a lot empathy - but not when you folks feel slighted.

I appreciate bluntness...tell me what you feel. Don't play games. I can probably sense your feelings anyways so don't try to hide it.

Humor is never a bad thing.

But being naive? That's not something I handle very well. I usually ask myself "shouldn't you know better?"

and generally, to pay attention to the small things isnt a life built for Jupiter's big picture outlook on life.

OP, go find yourself a nice libra with a venus in scorp or a sag with a venus in scorp.

My closest friend is a Sagittarius, although her ascendant is Scorpio so perhaps that's why we have so much in common- however, most of my really good friends throughout my life have turned out to be Sag's. It's not impossible when it comes to friendship, we get along well, we make each other laugh. I wouldn't recommended a Scorp and Sag pair romantically- it just wouldn't work. There are too many vast and striking differences that couldn't possibly mix with each other, it would lead to so much fighing.

This definitely isn't always true, I've known very wise and evolved Sagittarius folks- the one thing that always remains true is that you are youthful and vigorous at heart. That's something I distinctly appreciate.
Things like being naive depend on the person- not the sign.

Compromise doesn't make one a lesser being. If the problems aren't insurmountable, there is no reason why a friendship/relationship can't grow.

I am sensitive, and I hurt when people talk without thinking - should that give me reason enough to even the score? I'm not sure. Do bear in mind, that I'm not referring to people who talk out of their asses, make a clown of themselves, and then expect everyone to overlook their behaviour - but a little tactlessness is only human.

What is the best way out? A little patience from both sides - Sagittarius needs to cultivate such patience, because it is not inherent in him/her. Scorpio needs to be more attentive to intention - not blinkered in outlook.

Stinger, I'm not asking Scorps to tolerate utter nonsense. With the ones I've been close to, I've shared a very very deep level of understanding - which is precisely why this is a puzzle. Once the walls are down on both sides - and trust is established - why isn't there room for the occasional flaw? With so much water in my chart, I brood for a lot of time when I'm hurt- and I try to sort everything out, in my head, before I speak to the offending party, to make sure that there is no baggage - it's not easy, but I try, at least. Getting even is not the best way out.

I'm sorry you've had such bad experiences, but I think I'm dealing with a different problem here.

The sex is great. The rest... well... the sex is great.
