It was more than one event.
Parents divorced. After that happened, my mom's bf who she was cheating on my dad with at the time ..beat me up. While my mother was watching
I still kept my cool, dad sued him. Mom shows up in court, goes "She has all those wounds on her because she plays basketball". I think it began there.
Few days after, I met with all my friends..I didn't tell them I was leaving. Our plan was to pick the same highschool, same class..so we could all be together. I was like "yeah, yeah". Didn't tell anyone I was leaving the city all together or that my parents had divorced.
We left the city, dad went to live with his parents, I rented a studio and lived by myself. I was alone, not knowing anyone. I had to give up basketball and that fucked me up because that was an excellent way for me to take out all excess energy out. Without that in place, I started piling up within.
I finally snapped one day at school..there was this chick in another class who was dating this guy. She got pregnant, he left her, she killed herself. That by itself is..ok, life is like that. You need to be strong. But I heard him laughing and making fun of her after her death with his buddies. I don't remember the next second..next thing I remember I was on top on him hitting his head on the pavement. I got lucky that his friends jumped on me or..God knows what I would have done. Blind rage. I promised myself I will never keep emotions in..the Earth Sign Way after that. If I store shit..I'm bound to go overboard with it later.
Lol, just checked the time line..2003-2004.
It's been 10 amazing years ever since 🙂. Through the highs and the lows..going with the flow.

All the Virgos I know have had rough childhoods also. I think in a way..our sign is very into the negative energy so our soul chooses this life to understand that energy and how it fucks us up and to let it go. We're on the same axis with Pisces so we need to let go..and go with life as it is. Stop questioning it, analyzing it etc. Just a theory.
The Virgos I know with perfect childhoods are incredibly cut throat and evil. It's weird how that goes.
We're pretty much in the extreme..from one end to the other without ever settling in between. And "in between" is where we should be..where everything is a possibility ..not A or B where it's always absolute.
Yes, we talk from time to time but we don't go deep. I don't think it would help either of us. I hold no resentment with her..it was what it was. We all have our paths to walk and she has her own demons, as do I. I am just not emotionally connected to her anymore. Politeness..and that's about it.

Strangely enough, no. Picked up smoking while I was already in University.
I went crazy with studying and going to any kind of contest I could. And winning lol. It was a good way to purge the energy and to learn a lot in the meantime. But I was also a loner those 2 years..people didn't make much sense to me. Also shy..til one classmate of mine told me "Damnata, it doesn't help anyone if you keep all your thoughts and ideas to yourself".
And then I started talking and apparently haven't stopped since -.-

Yeah, I'm definitely not in the same place where I would react in the same way that I did when I was younger, but I have to admit I am still very quick to anger, so I just keep quiet and disengage from people ASAP. I'd like to say it's because I've learned to control it, but that really isn't true.

I'd like to say I do..but I don't. I feel everything deeply and if I try to think about what makes me feel stuff..I'd go crazy. I just have to experience every emotion to the extreme..and then detachment. I used to be resentful of things not going my way or....mainly feelings left undone, left unvalidated. Anger was the worst of all..I was either so blind I couldn't use reason or used reason and drove myself insane because it made no sense. I don't know how to explain it really...for me not guarding my soul in any way is more satisfying than guarding it. The latter would bring me regrets..in my case. Everyone goes about this in a different way but I persevere in being gullible lol.
