Scorpio experience

I read a post about the Scorpio stare on this forum. I met a guy who stared at me exactly like this and it had exactly that effect on me. He was a Sun in Aries and Moon in Scorpio, but I guess his moon determines him very much. He has blue eyes but they always look black to me in my mind... like those of a serpent... really scary and crazy. He used to stare at me and I felt like I was having sex with him. One day he was looking at me and smiled quickly and then stopped smiling and I went red and I was so hot, I was sweating... I was ashamed. And he did this at work... I was ashamed! But I tried to be cool... and avoided eye contact and avoided him... but I could feel his stare on my back. But I did my best to resist! Then finally, I fell in love with him... and that was it! Terrible decision to let him in! Because he courted me for 6 months before... and I kind of resisted him, I think he got bored or tired or hurt, so when I was all his... he rejected me! And that was a blow to my senses... I was addicted by then... I couldn't recover for a year. That was a sting! He ripped my soul off all its layers and then left me alone... hurt, insane, angry, lost... a complete mess.
The weird thing is that a few time ago (a few months ago) I felt his energy again in my body. I felt the same feelings like when I was beside him. And when I ran into him a few weeks ago, it was night and I saw his crazy black eyes staring at me through the darkness... it was scary. And I felt so hot again...
I wonder if he can ever come back? Do Scorpios come back?

I'm a scorpio through n through.But never been into this staring game.I often see people getting uncomfortable even if I stare while we're casually talking. If I accidentally did stare it's possible that I'm not actually "seeing" that person at all.I do that only when I'm lost.Are you sure you're not reading too much into the staring part?
N for the question..maybe he just liked chasing.Or he might be really bored(very probable with the Aries suns)Or it might be a revenge n ego satisfaction tact(scorpio are said to be very vengeful) or might be a test.. I dunno.N about the coming back part..Yes we may.But I wouldn't have much respect for that person.
