idk what kind of scorps you're dealing with but not everything is black and white for me. my whole life is always about compromise. Maybe it's my ascendant but I'd never just be a black and white type of person. There's much more to consider. and it also takes A LOT for me to "freak out".
I hate people who always have a crisis. It's annoying and stupid. It's like calm ur stupid ass down and deal w the problem yourself. Why the hell do you deal with someone who cant handle a simple issue that she could've done herself? She's useless. No offense. When I flew to New York City alone, my friend from NJ was gonna come pick me up. I told her not to meet me at LaGuardia in Queens...that I would find my way myself so she didn't have to go through all the traffic, AND I DID. No freak out session. Alone in NYC for my second time ever being in that city, and I maneuvered my way just fine figuring out the subway system to get over to PATH trains to NJ without panicking and starting a whole bunch of unnecessary chaos. If a 21 year old can do that by themselves, it's pretty sad that someone else can't handle a little work that they're paid to do without having a meltdown. Geez.
Wandering a major city alone at night (my flight arrived late) vs. office work or any work in general that could've been handled alone. Seriously..lol. How is this woman even holding a job. I have THREE jobs currently and don't make anyone do MY JOB when I get confused. I figure it out myself. And if I'm stressed, I still handle it myself. No one else needs to be involved with what I am assigned and paid to do. Self-sufficiency is the key to success. Maybe you should tell her that.
It's nice you're helping her, but don't let her manipulate you into being her little bitch when she needs you. You're setting yourself up for failure. If she knows she can call you and act like a neurotic mess and get you to do things for her and it WORKS, then she will continue to do it. And you'll continue to not be paid for working on her job site. This isn't just Scorpios or any sign. This is relevant to humanity. If someone knows they can get what they want out of someone else, they will do it and have no regrets because we are living in a very "me"-oriented society these days.

I think a lot of us Scorpios have our lives together!! I am only 21 and feel more stable than some people at my university! There are people of EVERY sign who may not be fully developed, and just because of the few doesn't mean they are all the same! Agreed 100% 🙂

She got a talking too about what she did, she knows damn well she over reacted and it screwed up part of my day. Scorpio women are not very good leaders they shouldn't be in a leadership role the two I have experience with think they are good leaders but both of them have failed. I worked under a Scorpio man as a boss for 2 years he had issues I wouldn't call him the best boss I've ever had. Scorpio's crack under pressure when things start changing or moving too fast things turn to schitt real fast your black and white thinking gets in the way.
I have to adapt to change every day I could have a plan in my head how my day is going to go that can all change in 5 minutes of starting work if my boss needs me on another job I have to make a new plan of attack. Now I'm contending with another Scorpio it can be frustrating at times.

Cancers don't crack under pressure we can get really miserable and bitchy when the pressure is on but we never fail. The pressure I had at my last job was intense at times I knew I was pushing I'm pretty sure I was lucky to wake up in mornings my body was giving signs I would have either had a heart attack or a stroke. You have management telling you if you don't do it you will get fired I should have told them to phuck off. I did way too much for my bosses it is why my ex Scorpio boss is under pressure I did a lot for him he dropped the ball a lot.
The current Scorpio I'm working with worries about minor stuff I think to myself holy schitt if that's what you are worried about what happens if its something major. At my last job if I made a bad decision it would have cost my division I worked in around 1000 dollars per hour in operating expenses even thou management would make 10,000 dollar whoopsies but because they are management they didn't get reprimanded for it I made a mistakes I got threats from management.
I have to shake my head when the Scorpio I'm working with is panicking, really? Is she craving some drama in her life so she blows the most minor issue out of proportion. I don't need that drama crap in my life if she would let go of the control the company she works for hired the company to take care of that part of operations.
I'm not this current Scorpio's boss I work for a separate company and I'm enjoying it a lot to be just an employee I don't have any major decisions to make I go to work do my job and go home. The Scorpio I'm working with is stubborn as a mule she has p*ssed off people in the company she works for, she leaves me a lone for the most part.

In all honesty its depressing being around a Scorpio when she has her mask off, as a Cancer man I can feel the vibes from people always have always will. the only time I complain at work is if I have a really bad day and customers were acting outta control. even then I don't even need to complain, because I have seen how people truly are so I mirror their behavior. This one girl told me I sold her a phone "knowing" the Sprint towers were down and that I sold her something I knew wouldn't work. I responded, "no sorry, I'm not a meteorologist nor do I have magical powers to make the cell phone towers back on. There's no possible way I 'knew' your phone wasn't going to work." It was storming really bad and she was off the chain saying "you knew it wouldn't work" lmfao. hilarious. honestly I laughed about it for a good hour after she left. I didn't even complain. Work is normally very fun for me even when people are acting reckless, but there are the occasional bad days of course.
