I hated being employed with a passion.Self-employment is the only way to go.
Once I get moved and back on my feet, I may persue something along the lines of self employment.
I am fairly content with the idea of living, for a living.
I'm an extemely mechanical person.. I've always turned wrenches, welded, fab work.. and a few other things.
It reallly burns me to not get any appreciation or to get lied to .. Seems like I've dealt with quite a bit of that in the past. I'm to the point now that I refuse to have certain types of these places take credit for my work and pay with bread crumbs and then treat ya like they're doing me the favor for having a job with them...
Anyhow, I'm tired of shop type work, working towards a major career change and really excited about it.

I'm the same as you then I took a desk job for quite a few years well now I'm back to doing some of what I used to do, I'm a cancer man I can't believe I stayed in one job for so long I like variety I can't do the same thing day in day out.. In my experience with Scorpio women they put a lot of effort into their jobs the one I'm working with now has worked at the same job for 20 years. The first Scorpio I worked with she has jumped from job to job she hasn't figured out what she wants to do the job she's in now she figures its a life career I know its not for her she will find that out when she gets bored and frustrated.
Change is good I know change is hard for you Scorps it is tough for us Cancers but not as extreme as you guys.

lmao. my b*u*t*t * is tired for 7 years working in 3 companies But I excel my job with all numbers and analysis. It's not about the job. I think we hold on too much of *status*.
The goal we want to accomplish. Till it's not complete yet then we don't gamble our future. We have endurance until we get it.
and yes boredom is my enemy.. specially It's familiar task... it's annoying why I kept doing what is very familiar. lol 😆. I want my brain works and explode in analyzing numbers.
Could any of ya imagne a franchise that is employed only by Scorps .... ?
LOL
Totally agree with this! I've held a lot of jobs but have had only one career, and that's what I do now. I'm an emergency room RN, challenges me everyday and I ALWAYS learn something new. I don't ever get bored, and absolutely love what I do.
I am very steady with my jobs. I have had 4 jobs so far, about to have my 5th. The 1st job I left. Job 2, 3 and 4 I still have. I am adding job 5 (which is actually only an internship so hours will be minimal). I am bad at parting ways lol. So I will be up to 4 jobs and I go to school full time w 22 credit hours.
Yes, insanity is part of my being. 🙂
But I don't know what I would do without all of my chaos. I love to be busy!
I like starting new things. My jobs are as follows: retail, play violin in masses at a church (which I am paid for), law school career office, and now I will be working for a transportation company in Chicago in their communications department.
My true passion is writing and music. I love poetry and I love creating music. I play violin, oboe, clarinet, piano, taught myself guitar, and I sing. My own one woman band. That's where my heart lies, but I do everything else because my parents want me to graduate college and I also help them with bills.

Anyhow.. Any of you have spotty work history, have had many diffenerent jobs .. ?
I sure have, I have a hell of a time trying to settle on any one thing. I really get bored at any employment where I do too much of the same thing all the time, too complacent, or not enough mind stimulation for me. I really have a hard time working directly with ignorant people.
Kinda funny, I'm aware that there have been certain places of employment, I just stand back (without becoming non productive) and watch / observe all the nonsense that goes on around.
