i hear ya. ive been different my whole entire life and this wont be the last time someone has helpful hints about how I need to change who i am to fit their mold. nor will it be the last time when a group of people get together to bash me. usually takes one person to get the ball rolling and give the other sheep permission for them to finally "speak their minds." if everyone agreed with me, i know im not living my life to its fullest.

i know a gemini male and people talk smack about him as well. some people are threatened by things or people who force them to think in a different way. if you think about the countless successful entertainers who are gems and saggis, they live this life everyday.

The problem is that Scorps (and Pisces I have notice) don't always tell people what they want to hear. This is a very common thing for Scorps. And then people go away thinking that Scorps--here or whatever--are attacking them or being mean. You don't have to agree with the Scorp--as we are on the Scorp board. Honestly a good debate is the best. But people need to put on their man-girl face if they are going to engage.

Trying to illicit feelings of guilt or shame or whatever will never work. It is what it is. I, personally, feel that sometimes I have to preface everything with a "don't take offense" before I say something blunt and to the point because so many people automatically assume the defensive posture when really I--as an example--was just cutting through some shit to get to the heart of the matter. Its exhausting, really.

Not everything that comes out of the Scorp mouth is meant to cause offense. In fact, its pretty clear when we are taking the game to you.

Lets all try to get along and not squabble over petty things. Once again--that is soooooooooo exhausting.

Eventhough it may sound confusing, but we may pay attention to someone just to appear nonchalant. Which happened to me yesterday. I am absolutely smitten by this Aries guy and I only met him 3 days ago. Totally out of my age range, but hey.. I'm absolutely impressed by him. So we are chatting in private with each other. There comes the 'other' people and I start talking to them. Then this Aries just leaves. Just walks away.

Later I asked him if i upset him for some reason.... (I would NEVER give someone this much emotional response space!), but he says... 'we are cool!', then later he says, 'you seemed busy with others'.

There it goes with false assumption and misinterpretation of the situation: I have only interest in him actually and the rest is boring.

But

I'm keeping up appearances...

(to me it is like comedy in the back of my mind)

I want this person, but I'm showing interest to others. Go figure...
