So Scorps...

So I've recently starting talking to a scorp (literally yesterday lol) he was asking me a couple questions and I answered him honestly. Then all the sudden...I guess he didnt like my short responses and accuses me of being defensive (wtf lol) I promised him I wasn't just trying to answer his questions.

Im afraid of the intensity he kinda already displaying...but he seems like a nice guy (so far) .
Are virgals and scorp guys a good match? Do you think there will be alot of problems with me having scorp rising? Or a good thing? I know I can probably go back on some threads and read but im on my phone and it makes it difficult.


Hes a couple years older (34) has a kid...I just dont know if its worth pursuing?! Ugh I hate being a virgal sometimes...I've thought about giving him my number a million times, even typed it out and then I end up just erasing it lol.

The earth signs that tend to struggle a lot with Scorpios are those trying to experience the waves from the shore. Virgos tend to want to analyze things from a distance by inquiring to outside sources too much and that can drive you crazy. As an earth sign a water moon could make you more understanding of his nature but at some point you'll have to dive in, not necessarily with the phone number and all but eventually if a relationship builds up; initiate things from time to time.

I think the relationship will be more challenging to him on the emotional level. He'll come off as more attached than you and any distance will be harder for him to handle. You also know how to use your mouth to be heard 😉

my guess is if you BOTH want it to work and are willing to work through what ever issues you have as they arise then it's a match. If not, it will go to sh*t as any couple that is supposedly "most compatible" Just my humble opinion.

That's what im afraid of too...but maybe since hes older he can have a handle on any distance I may bring :/

Im glad though that we seem to have some good synastry...like I said he seems really nice. I hope I wouldn't scare him...but I can see what you mean with my rising...people have told me plenty of times that I seem to look thru them . I hope hes a mature scorp and can handle himself....I just dont know if I could deal with it if not. I dont want to break his heart....specially with that cancer moon :/

Yeah I understand what your saying.

I sucked it up and gave him my number...we talked for 3 hrs lol. Felt like a teenager haha. He still seems really nice...has a calm voice ( which helped my nerves) kinda surprised me though lol.

i do thoroughly recommend you go with the flow on this and with everything in life. if you just stay in the present moment, you can adapt as the situation changes enjoying the good moments and gritting your teeth through the bad.

i know that when you're into astrology, the temptation to pull someone's chart on meeting them can be overwhelming but i sometimes think it rather negates the fun of getting to know them. it's more fun sometimes to guess what their chart is based on how they behave or what they say cos then you get to know them 'organically' as it were.

oh yeah. i've got a virgo son, a virgo brother AND a virgo father.

and the scariest thing is that i have VIRGO RISING!!!

omg...do i know about analysing everything way too much, lol!!! i'm an analyst as a profession too but i have to say, i don't really apply it to people, specially not men. the reason for that is that i have FOUR brothers and i know without doubt that men are the simplest most straightforward creatures on the planet. what they are thinking and feeling is displayed by their behaviour so with men i prefer to employ a 'watch and learn' technique.

i'm gonna sound like a really old lady here but i guess it's different with these new fangled electronically based relationships, lol. lack of actions available for analysis. i need to see the whites of someone's eyes when i'm scrutinisin' them 😄

Yeah I know guys are pretty simple and when I get to analyzing them, I do try and remember that.

Well the thing with this is...I met him on an online dating website, so I'm being extra cautious. I agree with you though on needing to actually see the person face to face...anyone can run BS on the internet, texting or even talking on the phone. But since I met him on there...I'll take my time before meeting him, then analyze the crap outta him lol

My dad (scorp) can read me like a book too....well for the most part, some things he's really shocked about when I finally would tell him but I'm sure he had a gut feeling. I think it easier for me to keep that poker face with my rising then most virgos but I could be wrong.

But anyway, I have no intentions of lying...too much drama associated with it...and I'm getting to old to play those games.

elle: i have a son just like that too, lol. he has his 'lying' face and his 'lying' voice. i just look at him while he's spieling and he generally can't finish the first sentence before the truth comes spilling out. virgo boys make CRAP poker players.

So just a little update....we have been talking everyday (on the phone) and we we're planning to meet up this weekend. Ok its been only what 3 days and I'm already starting to see some alarming things!

Yesterday I get home and take my dog out, I get a text msg (he was still at work) that says "what am I talking to myself?" I was like huh? He then says its taken you 10 mins to respond each time, I tell him I was taking my dog out and something is wrong with him 🐶, so I sent him a pic of my dog eating grass...see hes sick. he asked me to send him a pic of myself (I hate pictures plus I looked like shit) anyway I tell him this and he says this is a waste of time...I say ok (what the hell else was I supposed to say?) Two hours later he says..."are you really going to throw this away" throw what away...its been 3 days...wtf!

So fast forward to later...I ended up having to take my dog to the emergency vet (severe bladder infection) I told him this and all he could say was all this shit about how I'm not serious and I'm self sabotaging things, how I'm insecure and how much he really likes me and how he feels it is one sided and I'm just not interested.

Again wtf its been 3 days! I made plans to meet on Sunday and that is not good enough, then I said well what about next week after work, any day but monday (I have new student orientation for college) again I get this whole I'm not serious spiel. Today the same thing! wow!

This is not normal! and frankly its put me off from even meeting him or talking in general. I can only imagine if we we're to be in a relationship or just friends!

Scorps r always intense. I had 2 pursuing me not too long ago... I guess it's a way of testing your character or something. Just remain calm, breathe, n go with it if you want to continue.. or you could tell him he's very.intense (Scorps like to hear that lol) n that you're flustered... 😉

Stand up for yourself, don't let him, or anyone, walk all over you even if its just w/ words. Show him what you're made if woman!

Men need you to put them in their place. And altho it's still early in the relationship u gotta put your foot down even if u really wanna b nice. You gotta train these guys to play by YOUR rules if they want you, n when they do something right you reward them w/ praise lol. Men r so simple.
