Venus in Scorpio, Or other Scorp placements

If someone told you through text there were taking a step back from you because they felt you were being hot and cold. How would you react? Would you want to meet up and discuss or just be upset and ignore?

Thanks @blackphase missed you too! This guy is a Sag with Scorp Venus, Ascendant , and he has several Plutonian aspects. Everything was great and then he got quiet for 3 days not a word which is not like him. I don't understand how one week he can be pouring he heart out to me then the next stone cold silence for 3 days straight and it normally wouldn't bother me but it was the energy behind it.

I had to text him first saying are you ok? and he said he just got busy and he was sorry as a result he had neglected me, and I am not a clingy person but I take offense when you can take time to post on Facebook, but not say hey ive been really busy we will catch up soon and he has said that before when he was busy. I let him know that I was worried something happened (even though I knew nothing did because I was stalking his Facebook) and that it hurts to find out that he was just "busy" and I said if you need a break or for me to fall back you can be honest with me and he said "you are completely right I do apologize." It sounded super insincere which is not like him. So I wrote him this:

"I'm gonna take a step back from this but I don't want to leave you hanging cuz I know how that feels. Your actions and what you say you want are conflicting. Not speaking for a few days isn't the end of the world, that part doesn't upset me now that I know you're okay. What makes me question your sincerity is the fact that I said u hurt me and all u did was offer a dry apology. It took a lot for me to open up and trust again, and I fear I may have done that too quickly. I wish I was wrong because you do make me feel very much alive, but I think I may just be a place holder for you right now and as much as I enjoy you I don't plan on taking on that role anymore you know what I've been through."

He is on a video shoot today so I know he is busy but this was at 10:53am and I know he has been online because he added a follower on Instagram (Yes I am a certified stalker, but most of the time it is on accident because I notice things and then when you give me a reason I will dive in.)
I don't want it to be over if he is being sincere and it is hard to tell over text, but just the change in energy through me for a loop.

Also he seems to get overly upset at things the mother of his child (Aqua female)does like she went to Vegas twice in the span of 3 weeks and he got really upset about it because he changed a shift for her because he thought she had to work, but on Facebook he didn't mention her but he started blasting her about always going out to party and never being with her kids. In my head I am thinking if she gives you that much of an emotional response you probably still care. I also found a quote on his Pintrest dedicated to her 7 months ago, but he swears she is bitter because he left, but it seems like unfished business on his side as well, but you can never be sure. I discovered all of that on Tuesday night I last saw him for lunch on Tuesday. Idk maybe I was paranoid and jumped the gun?

But that's the shadow side of this energy. Hopefully he's more mature than that.

No he definitely cant stand people not believing in him, but all I have done is back him this whole time up until he changed his tune.

Please note that his venus conjunct saturn. People with that placement usually get serious in a relationship after the age of 35. If you meet him before that age, don't dive in straight away.

the problem is, theyve already stated that theyre taking a step back. so theyve already made their decision. why would i stop you? unless youre trying to play games to get me to chase you.

I'm a very quiet and introverted person, so I'm not crazy about talking on the phone. But if I'm serious about someone and care, I'll talk on the phone. That is a must for me, for a relationship to move forward.

Texting too much gets incredibly boring. Next guy, I'm saying I don't text.

That actually happened to me a few months ago, I offer to meet and talk to eliminate any sort of misunderstanding, he said "no, I want to protect myself and you from pain" and even though I still think his arguments are stupid I said "ok I'll respect that even if I don't agree, wish you the best" and move on the second after.
I can't help you if you don't want help *shrug*

So do you guys think I should call him and explain that I was doing a no no and stalking him and worked up a story in my head for why he had disappeared? Or do you think that would just make the situation worst because it sounds like you guys are saying I've already lost?

Oh yeah did I also mention that I was in Sephora last night with two girlfriends after we had dinner and I was complaining loudly about him and I said some pretty explicit things love things and bad things and I said his name and I look up and there is his mom looking at me I have never met her before but I have seen pictures is she lives 30 minutes away and it just blew my mind because I was like why was she there at that moment and she looked at me like I was crazy and she just kept glancing at me so I'm not sure if she has seen my pictures or not because he wasn't talking to her about me But his sisters know about me so I wondered if they showed a picture but she kept looking at me like you were talking about my son and now I am so so so embarrassed even more let's just say I have a hangover this morning LOL

That is really creepy that that happens. No I don't know any Virgo guys so maybe the names got flipped around in the system?
