What do Scorpios look for?

What are they attracted to in the first meeting? I've attracted a lot of Scorpios in my life men and women, and I still don't know what it is that caught their eyes. They always approach me first, and sometimes with friends out, there's always one Scorpio (I'd find out later that she was a Scorpio) staring at me from afar. I'm a Gemini, so I would think they're not interested, right? Although I'm a quiet Gemini, so could that be it? Scorpios like quiet people?

Honestly, I do not think it is because you are quiet. I also have 2 very good Gemini friends.

I think they (Gemini) are attracted to introverts and mystery (since they, in a way, lack these), and also, Scorpios are attracted to Gemini because they (Gemini) are extroverts, like to show off, are very very sociable and bubbly. So I think it is the case of opposite attraction, which is always HOT!! I personally like Gemini very much and am amazed by many characteristics they show. They are very good at communication (I am not), they are very sharp eyed, and good at evaluating different situations when I, as a Scorpio, act as a drama queen.

Someone weak of character enough that they can easily dominate, they don't like to think they're inferior to someone.

Mystery, signs of mischievousness, awareness, 'different' are all things I look for.

I agree with the person who said it's the introvert being attracted to the extrovert. If I want to be friends with an introvert it's going to be pretty hard...we probably will never speak to each other 😛 those things just consist of watching from afar. However it is nice to see there's someone around who you just have to look at and know they can relate to you; even if it is just about being quiet/shy. For me, personally, I gravitate towards semi-loud people; people who are seen as smart-asses; people with dry/dead pan/sarcastic personalities. Because these are all of the things I am not. It also shows me they can look after themselves for some strange reason.

I seem to attract Leos and Virgos...in fact about 95% of my friends are one of those two signs (one is even a cusp of those two). But considering I have hardly any friends I guess it's not really a whole lot of people.

In relationships I attract cancers... I've only attracted one leo and he was very different to 'normal' leos. He had a very quiet pride and a subtle way of showing off.

Then again I've had hardly any partners so it's not really much to go on 😛

I like a mystery, but I think in terms of relationships it's a little different. I like a guy who can keep my on my toes, but a man who is a total mystery will just make me suspicious.

I know 8 Scorpios and it's always they who approach because I'm not really a talker. I always notice their stares, which is intense. All of them did that from first meeting and after.

I dated a Gemini for 5 years, and we had a nice, albeit slightly boring relationship. I liked him from the get-go though because he was outgoing and slightly aggressive, while still managing to be sweet and gentlemanly. It's a delicate balance that I find a lot of men have trouble striking. They're either over the top aggressive, or too pussy, doormatty.

I was a lot more spontaneous, more prone to arguing, jealous, possessive, and secretive than he was. I was also in my very, very early 20's when I met him, so all of those bad traits were much less reined in than they are now (not to say that I have them under control). He was very compliant, but not to the point of being a doormat, and was more or less happy just to make me happy, which...made me happy, but the spark quickly died out, and we were basically reduced to best friends who lived together. He wasn't really the adventurous sort, so having to always talk him into things grew tiring, and sex became a chore, so I was happy that it was always over quickly. 😛

As far as what I find myself attracted to, it's what I mentioned above. Someone who's slightly aggressive and pursues me, but without being cocky, pushy, or crass. I like a little bit of a challenge, but not someone who's going to make me jump through hoops - I (usually) won't bother. In a crowd, I'll overhear someone being witty and dry, gregarious and charming, and I'll find myself looking his way. Not that I want to be with someone who's an attention whore - I don't, but I appreciate an outgoing personality. Cheesy humor doesn't do it for me. Sarcasm does.

Or at least, it has in the past. I'm giving something else a try now, and we'll see how that works out.

So maybe you've met some Scorps who were at the point where they were more interested in meeting someone quiet, as opposed to someone super aggressive.

I know a female scorp that is all about dominance. I swear, when I hear her talk on what she does and actually listen to what she's saying in conversations, its like she's literally bring that man to his knees.
