What's Your Take on Casey Anthony?

Scorpios are great detectives...What are your opinions on Casey Anthony kiling her beautiful child? I believe she did it, she's a pathalogical liar, and somehow somewhere her mom and dad are involved in cover up after the fact, or something to help her (I don't believe they had anything to do with her immediate death). What's your take?

okay... is this post on another forum or something? This is a national case....I just happen to be in the vicinity of the trial and maybe that's why I constantly hear what people are surmizing about this mom/accused murderer... U guys—?

Are attempting to make the implication that since you're a Scorpio, so by virtue of this in that it makes you a great detective ... it is then concluded that she must be guilty ?

I prefer to not dwell on negative, sensational news.. and I would never presume her guilt or innocence without having the facts - and all the hyped-up news media coverage does not constitute facts.

Of course I'm not in that courtroom, nor have I seen any of the evidence, but from what I've seen so far, it's clear that she did SOMETHING.

I'm not so sure yet how I feel about whether her parents were involved in the murder plot or not. Since the trial has started, there has been no implications on the parents like originally thought. And since the courtroom has more evidence than the media, I don't have a choice but to share the same opinion as the people in that courtroom who so far, have no reason to suspect her parents

We'll see how the trial turns out in the end

Word has it, you're only 15 years old, so really just a child .... soon, you'll be able to give to society, and Wal-mart always needs people.

As for me, I don't form opinions without accurate information ... you could use a lesson in that. Though, I know you won't .. you will instead continue to want to convict without just cause.

I don't have the facts to know whether or not she killed her child .. so an opinion cannot be formed.

And for you too, and any other person in here who makes judgements without knowlege ... hopefully, if and when you fuck up, they will be able to find unbiased people who will give you a fair trial, so justice can actually be served.

There is nothing special about this chart that sticks out as a killer. 50% water, 60% mutable. On the day she was arrested, Pluto is square her sun. I'm going to declare her as innocent. I am undergoing this transit.

The facts of this case are all over the place P-Angel. Conclusions are not brought about blindly with no evidence. There has been LIVE court proceedings with the submission of evidence, testimonies, video tapes of Casey while in jail, depositions, etc...Unfortunately, these ARE the facts. Not to mention that intuition is a very strong element in some people, and probably more accurate than a chart. Aside from intuition, we are not the jury, and we are not deciding anything. We are discussing our feelings and thoughts...which all of us are entitled to. I believe from both the evidence and from what I intuitively feel, that this "mother" is guilty. You may disagree, but based on what? You haven't offered up anything substantial to base "not guilty" on. Would you lead a detective on a wild goose chase, to a job you never had, and waste prescious time he had to actually "find" your daughter? Why Lie? There are so many lies..too many to list. There's testimony from forensics on flies in the trunk and the childs hair that was in the decomposition stage inside the trunk, and much much more. I assure you I have not made a descision based on emotion. And no-one hi-jacked any post. This is a place where we share thoughts and Scorpios DO make good detectives, because they are very discerning and thourough, not to say they are the ONLY sign...but they see through bullshit quicker than anyone if they are evolved.

Of course, I haven't offered up an answer of any kind in terms of accountibility .. I'm not the judge, nor a juror ... and niether is anyone in here.

What would asking me about what I would do in a situation and how I would handle myself have anything to do with a court trial in Florida?

Hopefully, if you ever get interviewed for being a juror, they will be able to see right through you to realize that you would come up with a verdict without knowing all the facts, if you know any at all .. which I doubt.

If you are completely unbaised because you do not have the facts that is fine. I do have facts. Not all of them, but enough to draw my own conclusions. I purposely posted that we are not the jury..we are not the decision makers. "WE" are not all drawing conclusions on how we feel... I watch the actual trail take place, just as a juror would. It's LIVE video. The jury draws conclusions from the same atmosphere (evidence, testimony etc..) that I do. That is what a trial is all about. It is not sensible to think that just because I have not been chosen as a juror, I cannot conclude for myself what I feel to be true based on what has been presented as fact. No one may absolutely know the truth about this or any case in trial history, but conclusion must be drawn at some point based on the court proceeding....either that or a mistrial or a hung jury...the actual outcome remains to be seen. You need more facts yourself while you throw stones at other posters and live in a glass house. You come off sounding like you are simply itching for an argument regardless of the sense you make to uphold your position. If the facts are presented to you, you often ignore them in order to support your opinion, which is ignorant. If you only wish to debate your sensibility, you have many times over, proven your lack of it. However, if you are simply throwing bait out to those who can truly be sensible in order for you to form contrived responses..well.. it's boring to see someone always in the war-zone on purpose. You know she's guilty if you know anything concerning the case. Now that you've been made aware of some of the facts, you can't say you don't have them anymore....and could easily get more, but that's not your motive.

1. they are not allowed to discuss it with anyone else
2. no a trial is not all about people on web forums talking about opinions, since you equated your atmosphere here with theirs
3. it is perfectly sensible for me to conclude you are lacking sensibilities, since you are making a determination of guilt, or not .. based on a portion of the information

fyi: the trial is still in progress, yet, with a fraction of information, you have made a decision.

Again ... hopefully, you will never be chosen as a juror for any trial, because you are not unbiased. You will make a judgement with all the information.

I think she did it. Facts are that her and her defence admitted she lied about everything. They claim the baby drowned but the fact is there's duct tape over the child's mouth (with a heart sticker on it) - Why would you do that to a drowned body? On all the recordings from jail with her and the father alone without the Mom there he keeps asking her where the baby is and if there is anything she can add to help find her. Why would he do this if he helped get rid of the baby?
Her defence team even tried to keep the jail tapes from being admitted as evidence. To me, we pretty much are hearing it out of the horse's mouth at this point.
Plus wether someone is molested or not (I doubt she was) why would they try to make an accidental drowning look like a murder?

My gut is telling me that she was definitely directly involved. Either way i am not greatly interested in her fate except for the hope she never bears any more children.

Lord...I've said what I believe based on the evidence I have seen submitted AND the way I interpret that evidence and YES the way I feel about it (as I am not a robot). Nor do I listen to Nancy Grace or anyone else (I am not consulting anyone including Scorpios, to form my own conclusion). Where in the hell did that idea get planted anyway. Anyone who asks a Scorp a question is "consulting" them? No....I asked because I'm interested in the "take" others have. I thought maybe I may have missed another angle that would possibly give me a different point of view from within myself. Maybe I missed looking at something logically, but I have instead been called an idiot, by one poster, (which I have been known to be on occassion but not quite literally). If you believe she is innocent for what-ever your reasons are...you are entitled. I think Casey Anthony is mentally ill and did it. That's MY take. I own it.
