The jurors could have atleast made it a hung jury so she gets retried, thus giving the prosecution more time to gather more evidence or something.

I understand the importance of reasonable doubt, but this is just ridiculous. Seriously.

Another child bites the dust.

Yup.

She hasn't cried this much throughout the entire trial. How dare she and the defense smile so much. Disgusting.

agree.

& honestly she'll get what's coming to her one way or another....
People are seriously emotionally involved in this shit.
She can smile all she wants now...she won't be smiling when people are still harassing her years from now, burn down her house, jump her, run her off the road, etc.

This is a victory for the US Constitution and our justice system. It shows the face of America basically changing, too.

Let's not get crazy.

LOL! Ah, the solar eclipse and grand cardinal cross is effecting America's natal chart. America is also experiencing its Saturn return. Lots of financial and political bombs on the forefront. And transformation (change). So what you think about that? I always try to follow the K.I.S.S (keep it simple stupid) method but I feel that I think beyond the times. My Uranus is in my 9th house though, which would explain it.

Peace.

Brilliant attorney!!!
http://www.miamiherald.com/2011/07/05/2301017/jose-baez-casey-anthonys-lawyer.html

"'He is the luckiest man in America,'said Robert Jarvis, a lawyer and law professor at Nova Southeastern University in Davie. He won, Jarvis said, not because of a brilliant legal mind, but because the prosecution couldn't prove its case, which was solely circumstantial."

correct.

What's sad is, it's obvious to just about everyone that she's guilty based on that "solely circumstantial" evidence...but because there were obviously several people involved in a cover-up, the body was mysteriously overlooked for months...and by the time it was "discovered" it was decomposed to the point where no solid proof of murder could be proven.
I think the prosecution did the best they could with what they had to work with.

The defense, however, did nothing special to help Casey's case.
There just wasn't enough "solid evidence" to definitively say..."yep she did it."

Everyone knows she did it. To celebrate the defense's "victory" is sick and I really sincerely hope none of you fuckers end up in a situation where that is your loved one murdered, stuffed in a laundry bag, and left in the woods to rot and be eaten by animals.

That jury had a difficult decision to make...I feel bad for them actually. They have to live with the fact that they let a murderer walk free.
They'll have to watch her celebrate and profit off this now too.

Also, I hope Baez feels great about his new reputation...since it was so well earned :/

Hmm. I'll have to think on that one. It's possible. Leave it to a Gemini mind to leave me to chew on something. I appreciate it. 🙂

Awww, and all this time I'd thought you'd blocked me. Glad to know you still care to read what I have to say.

She's an arse...good try with the compassion though...unfortunately your first attempt at it, your stalker was slithering about your feet..dont give up🙂

Hey, I'm compassionate occasionally. Even a broken watch is right twice a day. 😄

And the Angel is just going through a mood swing again. I've noticed it's a reoccuring pattern. Sometimes sweet as pie and others her tongue has razors. I really hope they get her meds leveled out soon, for her sake of course.

How does anyone know what she did throughout the entire trial?

Cameras weren't on her the entire time.

How dare she? Not sure what that is suppose to mean. Is it a daring thing for a person to react with happiness when good news arrives?

All of you ...

Also, I'm curious how people know she was coping with life the month her child was missing. Is this based off of what the media told you she was doing? People just assumed that what the media told you about her was correct?

Is this known by those same selective cameras that were in the courtroom, showing to people watching what they wanted you to see so you'd have certain opinions?

Apparantly, people are like sheep and selective information actually works to direct your opinions for you = feed you what they want you to have so your perception will be slanted in a certain diretion.

There doesn't appear to be anyone actually concerned about justice for Caylee .. only for Casey to be guilty.

It doesn't look like anyone is trying to find out who killed her, then. Or if it was an accident.

Nobody seems to be concerned in the least bit about what actually happened ...... the only thing voiced by people in here is that they want a person to pay, and since the media has pointed towards a person, then that person will do just fine.

Let her burn.

Meanwhile ... a child is indeed dead, and justice for her has gone uncared for.

And I find that a greater tragedy then Casey being determined innocent.

Even with a body decomposed, determining the cause of death is obtainable ... yet, this isn't done in this case.

There's a reason for that. Without a cause of death, a person cannot be convicted of murder, even if they admit to it.

With a cause of death of Caylee being a homicide ... Casey would have been found guilty, in all liklihood.

And it's not too late .... in this day and age, we actually know how to use shovels to dig up dirt.

My guess, if I were to venture one ..... George being an ex cop would be a real good reason why the prosecution started out with a giant chunk of cheese, and ended up giant holes in their cheese.

Some things were meant to remain a secret .... the truth will set all of you who cannot handle that our judicial system actually worked in this case .... free from your disgruntlements, since your own will cannot free you.
