I don't get it. Has he been unable to let go or is he letting go? Confused...
He has been unable to let go...but has put on an act as if he has...only to turn around and literally beg me to reconcile. He is seeing someone; I just think that he is a bit jealous of my current relationship. Unfortunately we work together so escaping him is difficult. I am searching now for a new position constantly!
I hate having an ex turn into an enemy...but it looks like it's going that way. He sent an email to me and copied the owners claiming that I was inexcusably absent to a meeting ( a breakfast meeting with he and I alone)of great importance to the company. Though this was not true, I received a call from one of the owners questioning my whereabouts and asserting the importance of this fictitious meeting.
I feel like the only way out of this is to leave. Any other suggestions?

People believe what THEY perceive. I cannot be any clearer with this guy. Again, it's been quite some time since we were together. While I don't keep in contact with exes, I am on good terms with all but one...now two.

That time is long gone. This man is showing serious signs of being a little unstable. Setting you up to take the fall for "fictitious meeting"? To what end other than to f*ck with you ? For me, he already seems to be sending out vibes that he wants this to turn out on a bad note. So end it. Unless you want more of the same, then try to work with this man, but really? I don't see why you would.
