Those threads? They come from:

1. Love-sick teenagers gazing longingly at the Scorpio in class.

That's it, ladies, keep 'em comin' - There is no shortage of them. They are everywhere. They NEVER fail.

In the three years that I have been here, that's what I've been observing.
Ironic, Hilarious and the perpetual "do you think it's a virus?" titles.
You all know what I'm talkin' about. Those never ending "I love you Scorpio but I want to choke you"
and those misleading threads that show up in disguise. the "I love you...." threads that morph as you read it and it becomes the "I hate you" thread.... you know— Where do they come from?

I liked the Taurus that posted "is she or not" but the disappointing thing is reading Scorpios mother died but because she's a Scorpio "is she manipulating." Really !!! What is portrayed normal for other signs oh the Scorpio is manipulating. Most Misunderstood sign obviously.

You know, sometimes, I think it's as though they need someone to think for them.
They come here, spill their beans, a handful of replies are made and as if those replies were
M&Ms tossed into the air, the OPs will grab whatever they can catch like a brass ring or a raffle ticket.

I think Scorps are about a lot more than "Sex and mental condition, relationships, etc" and such themes as the many articles online would have people believe. - I mean, I've tons of completely unrelated interests, elsewhere. I am sure that many Scorps on here do, too.

Can people not talk about other things? It's one thing to talk about sex and insanity, but all the freakin' time—? - There's a serious problem goin' on out there and these people that keep comin'
in here need to discover how to broaden their horizons, expand their minds and life experiences, leaving sex, drugs and alcohol, racism, feminism, etc. out of the equation.
There are so many other things to talk about. But they can never seem to find those other things.

We as Scorpios, find ourselves constantly bombarded by the mindless "SEXY, MYSTERIOUS AND DANGEROUS" innuendos on the net and elsewhere.

I'm with you on that one.
You know... the first BIGGEST question that was personally asked of me when I first
joined, was "SCORPIOS ARE SUCH MANIPULATORS WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY?!!!!" -

When I joined, I was pretty much clueless about astrology and numerology. I knew I was what they called
"Scorpio" and that was about it.

It wasn't but within a couple of days I got bombarded by the Manipulator thing.

I've decided it's all in their heads.
And... seeing that they seem to think we are some kind of lousy little gods and goddesses, I think we cannot fix those mere mortals and lowerlings and outliers. They will go on believing whatever nutty as a fruitcake concept they want to believe.

MY favorite was when I met someone recently who also was into astrology and when they asked me what my sign was and I said Scorpio she goes, "Oh, well I don't wanna talk to you, I don't trust you guys." I just laughed and said, "Your loss," LOL. I mean really? You know what kind of person I am now? Why can't people have more of a personal/emotional intelligence to understand things beyond black and white? Its not an evil/good thing. Its a karmic wheel. Every sign in pie just represents a different part of what it means to be human, there is no good/bad... right/wrong.

I don't know about that last part. I keep denying it. But that first part about "I don't wanna talk to you" - you know.... might try goin' by the moon sign instead of the sun sign and see what happens, next time.

Just say "I'm a Pisces" and cut yourself off from sayin' the moon part.
Those astrological foreigners probably aren't sharp enough to pick up on it.

Let me ask you this. How often in daily life do you actually tell people (everyday people, not astrologically interested people who share our interest in this stuff...) that you are into astrology?

Cause I almost NEVER do, unless someone comes to me to ask about it (like maybe someone told them I am good at it..etc.) I mean in my professional life, I couldn't really talk about all this "hullaballoo"... I work with a bunch of govt officials and scientists... hardly room for tarot cards and constellations in conversation.

I don't. Because, I am really not into astrology. - it's one thing to be a practitioner,
another to be a researcher. I am a researcher.

Yeah, but these are SO the topics of every dxpnet astrology board -- "Why did they pull away?", "When will they come back?", "do they or don't they?" -- honestly, I don't see how this is that different.

What's different is that it comes from seeing the same line of questions over and over and over......
and over. - It's not so much that they are not allowed to post, I understand that millions upon

Lol -- Weeeellll, y'all *think* you're mighty sexy (and, alright, sometimes you are) -- buuuuut, what you might not realize, is once we gals get wise to the Scorpio ways (esp. if we're over your brooding mindf*ckery) -- you can come off as leather-wearing, cheeseball, 80's metal/hairband, staring/stalking weirdies. So, yeah, sex sells to a degree -- but sometimes you dudes are over the top. I still like ya, though. Girl gemmies and boy scorps, I've had to say it again and again on these boards -- awesome friends, yet usually romantically doomed.

You find the same questions on the Cap board (Scorps in suits, I like to call em) -- but, weirdly, the one board that is often NOT that active with your standard romance-y questions -- Gemini. Doubly odd since we're supposed to be so talky and communicative all the time. Or maybe we just don't trust each other to give worthwhile advice... lol. Yeah, it's that last one, probably.

Those legends come from around the net. Trouble is, people believe this to a point of ridiculousness
