Call me crazy but I find it endearing when my Scorpio acts jealous and possessive towards me. It reminds me of how much he cares! Pretty strange, I know. But how do Scorpios feel when the one they love act jealous and possessive towards them? Is it a turn off?

But... is that really why they behave that way?

Because they care?

Or is it about control... or fear?

Why can't all you women be that way? lol. To answer your question, it could be both. One, we could like it and consider it flattering or it can get really annoying REALLY quickly.

My Scorpio has never been abusive in any kind of way. He makes subtle remarks when I'm talking to someone of the opposite sex or ask me who text me, etc but he his good at hiding his emotions. He will never admit to being jealous. My Scorpio has my heart and I will never share it with anyone!

While I would never do anything to make him feel jealous, sometimes I notice by the look in his eyes he is fighting something inside if the topic of a male friend or acquaintance happens to be brought up (and only if that person happens to be relevant to the topic, ie after he asks me what my day at work was like, etc) and I think it is so cute and my insides melt for him, I am the one who expresses jealousy and I get jealous stupid easy sometimes.

Like your guy, he would never admit it, I think he feels more secure that I am expressively jealous and that I won't ever give him reason to be jealous, and if, for some reason something concerns him that way I make sure to clear up any misunderstandings. He is excellent at reciprocating that as well, and we're always so very protective of each other anyway so it's really not much of an issue.

Yep my Scorp is like that as well, he's very protective over me and I can sense some jealousy when I have to interact with guys at work. However I find a way to include him so his defenses can come down and he does the same for me. He takes care that emotions/feelings are good and I do the same for him, it's also great how it's all non-verbal too. Neither of us has to "say" anything we just pick up on what the other wants/needs.

@ GuardianAnu and @Cancer Lady although no relationship is perfect, it sounds like you are both in a partnership where everyone is equally invested and that is a beautiful thing. @ Nemesis thanks for your insight. I do agree that I need to work on my self esteem. Hopefully this pattern doesn't perpetuate - I hate emotional rollercoaster rides!

.... it has to do with your lack of self worth/esteem which in return ignites his insecurities and a pattern emerges...but i guess, different strokes for different folks...

If a man was an active listener, a great supporter, reliable, consistent and loyal...
This would not be classified as tangible 'proof' that he's committed to you and only you...

Unless...

He resorts to emotional game-playing and playing the role of 'utter psycho.'

Don't start a game that you can't finish.

Must be the water element in our signs that we share where we equate caring with jealousy - Cancers, Scorpios and Pisces - emotional folks!

I do believe some form of jealousy is normal in a relationship. But it's how we act on it that counts. Controlling and abusing someone is not love.

So, do Scorpios hate it when their partner exhibit some form of jealousy/possessiveness towards them?
