Are cappies love dodgers?

..one of my best friends is a taurus female--madly in love with a dashing & (dodging) capricorn male.. hmm.. he seems like he's interested one minute, but he isn't too clear about his intentions.. then the next minute, he's running away from her. When they're together, there are definitely luuuv sparks flying in the air from both of them, and she wants him to make the first move, but he shys away everytime... they've both known each other forever..it's all so cute!!
What should she do? Are any taureans having the same 'dodging cappie' issues? Are cappies destined to dodge love? And how does she get around this mischievous cappie? Any info would be realllly appreciated!

It isn't personal, we caps are not running from feelings or love. We just drift off into our own world from time to time. By the by we do not do cute, cute is not a part of our world, Cute is for lesser signs.

O.K. jaya a month has gone by, well six weeks. I came across this agian. A long time ago I used to drift off and not pay much attention to Den. It got to the point there were hurt feelings and we split up. I went to new york to univeristy. She stayed in the U.K. we did not talk or see each outher for almost 6 months. I was going to stay in the states. But she saw something worth saving, she sent me a card in the mail it was a plain card on it she wrote

I need extreme reunion

don't tell me
just show me how we can love agian

the cap from above? the drifting away thingy I guess the rest of us will probably never get.. but they say that cappies are like wine..in that they get better and tastier with age.. for now, they're toast.
