Confused with a Taurus Man

Hi.. I am very confused with a male taurus friend.

I haved liked him for quite sometime but didnt have the courage at first to tell him as I suspected that he was into my friend, the three of us always go out and we have a fun time together. I tried thinking of him as just a friend but i still fell for him. We then started texting almost everyday and now everyday and talk about random stuff. I decided to tell him I like him,, but before that I made sure it was alright with my female friend as for all i know she might like him. I noticed they were touchy and they are close, i on the other hand just hang out with them.. The guy approaches me and talks to me too but not as close as they are (i am not really good at being comfy with guys so I seem distant).. Anyway, to cut the story shorty, my female friend told me she does not like him... And when I told the guy i like him he told me that he likes my friend and me as well but the problem with me is that he will have more "rivals" when I go to another country next month. But i assured him that wont happen

Last night we all went out again and people confirmed to me that they think the taurus guy likes my friend more...so i decided to just give up. But then today, when we were texting he now say that he doesnt like her and that he was being nice since our female friend needed us that night. He hinted that he just likes me.

I am so confused whenever i try to flirt with him he does respond but like not the way I do.

Is he playing games or is he scared to hurt my feelings if he rejects me?

If your taurus says he likes you, he probably does. They are very slow when it comes to relationships & etc. His aign is a shy one. and qill need to feel a little more comfortable qith you before flirting. If he is always texting and keeping in contact , then that's a good thing :-) Just assure him there is no other competition when you leave country. That may worry him.

think he's confuse. Plus why would you want to hang on to someone who likes another person too. I'm glad he was honest with you, but he sounds as if, If you do leave the country he might make a move on your friend, especially if she gets lonely and need company. And everyone can see awfully clear that he likes her more. He's touchy with her in public and Flirty but with you he's friendly. From my experience when a Taurus man wants you nothing can stop him, and in public everyone will know he likes you . Your friend might not like him too but he definitely likes her. I say find another guy perhaps when you go on your trip and leave your options open, this guy is not interested in anything serious expect keeping you around as his harem. He will be stringing you along and you don't want to get hurt. If you get involved with him it won't be anything serious but a fling behind closed doors and him making excuses to why he can't committed to you, probably something having to do with your friend.
