Definitely. Someone can man the fire pit, have a nice big bon fire at night. Drinks round, much laughter. Oh the cooking, the music and good vibe would be mighty mighty.

Oh, I would SOOOO be there! Only thing, we have to have a cleaning schedule! I went for a weekend one time for a girls weekend to do a cookie exchange for the holidays. Suffice to say, me and one of my other friends did ALL of the fr@cking cooking, baking AND cleaning while these lazy, sloth of women ate, drank and dirtied everything. I gave them a piece of my mind that last morning there...umm yeah, I wasn't invited back again, but I would never go again anyway! I said all that to say, everybody has to pull their own damn weight!

I'm all for the men ( sexist of me, I know..tough beans.. ) taking out the trash and fixing any blinking VCR/DVD player on the compound. Also I strictly demand being carried to my bedroom at the merest whisper of being tired like the Queen I am. Bwahahahahaa.
Seriously though, any and all who can wield a pot or pan can most certainly scrub a dish or sweep floor. Ditto for loos, laundry and bed making. And I insist on any and all furbabies most definitely being present. Lord knows I'll bring Retardia Regina to the party.

Yeah, I pull my own wait, no problem! It's just that these particular biznatches are relatively wealthy and used to being waited on hand and foot...well, I had a foot for them alright! I only (attempted) to keep the peace for my friends sake, since they were really her friends, but by Sunday morning, I'd had it!
Any and all 'special treatment' is up to the occupants of said compound. BWAHAHAHAHAAA and I believe it! Damned heifahs!

You have no idea.. I use to be such a pyro as a kid... Screw reading mags on the pot, as a kid I'd make big piles of TP and light it and watch it burn in front of me when I was on the pot... haha... All came to a point one day.. Long story short I made a fire bomb, set it off and threw it.. Just then Dad walks around the house and picks it up "whats this?" luck of the irish it misfires, and I didint end up blowing up my dad... lol I quit my pyro-ness after that.. lol...
