I dont agree with this kind of exploitation, but I have to ask why exactly modern women are competing with pornstars? It seems to me like all fem celebs have nude pics of themselves somewhere. The modern woman is a definite man pleaser. Anyway this seems like a flighty GEM thing lol. Don't let me put you off taking nudies ladies...PLEASE!

Women who are truly secure with themselves don't do this shit. They don't feel that they have to do something like this in order to keep their man. Men's minds are quite vivid and visual. It's not like he's going to forget what you look like. You're likely in his spank bank anyway.

If a female is that threatened by porn, she needs to get some self esteem going. JL is an idiot for comparing the two. Most of these Hollywood chicks who got caught up in this mess are morons anyway. Celebs aren't celebs for being intelligent, you know.

SHOULD anyone have to worry about their pics being hacked? No. But when they take them with their phones, and store them in the "cloud" (read: server accessible online to anyone who has the credentials to do so), sorry, you're just being stupid. It was also pointed out that they made their passwords easy to hack, too.

She can be outraged and try to justify having the pics to begin with, but all of them are mostly humiliated that they were stupid in handling their nude pics and they got screwed because they didn't take the proper precautions.

I think its fine for women to take nude pics and it doesn't reflect insecurity at all. Quite the opposite. Its no more a reflection of insecurity than having a portrait painted. It is simply capturing beauty.

it's not that. it's the fact that nothing is sacred out there, and you might "break up" and the guy might take REVENGE and show your nudie pics to friends and family or share it on facebook ect.

Ok, so basically the argument is that she wasn't wise? Maybe she doesn't even care though. I don't pay attention to celeb media or gossip, so I haven't seen her reaction. Is she outraged and seemingly extremely embarrassed? Or just doing a little damage control? Is she exploiting it for more publicity as a lot of celebs do?, etc.

I don't see anything wrong with nude selfies. Part of keeping it interesting, if ya ask me. See no reason she should hafta justify that and while I don't agree with her porn comment, I think she's right the leak was a violation. Sadly, there's nothing that can currently be done about that, save to be more careful in future and protect one's self.

On her porn comment, I think the problem for me with it is that its obviously an attempt to divest herself of responsibility. She should just own the fact that she likes taking sexy pics and sharing them with her SO. Nothing to be ashamed of there. Instead, it is kind of like blameshifting - "Men are pigs. This is what we women have to do to survive out here." lol....

Its also problematic bc it just isn't true. If your man looks at porn, you sending him a couple pics is not going to stop it. In all likelihood, he will probably look at your nude pics, get aroused, then go look at some real porn.

Or, maybe in her Leo-ness, her statement should be interpreted more along the lines of "Why should porn stars get all that attention?". Its humorous but actually kinda plausible when I consider the Leo nature.

I just have known a lot of Scorps that are like this. They still want the ex to want them. Looking good is a form of subtle revenge like "look at what you let go", even if its not overtly malicious. In fact, this really seems to be the Scorp mentality. I see it on the Scorp board a lot. Advice given from one Scorp to another: "Just wear your sexiest dress, put on a big smile, and walk by with your head held high" sort of thing.

Its surprising but I would think Leo placements for a Scorp Sun would turn out egomaniacs (which I think they do for Taurus, lol), but the Leo-heavy Scorps I know are pretty humble and awesome. Where planets are in Leo for you?

No, its not that way for me. i really i want him to see how much better i am now that ive taken steps to be healthy, i feel better. I moved back in with my parents in another state so we didnt break up really idk i assumed we wld be done he says in a year hes bringing me back 2 marry. Ill be happy with having him in my life as a friend.

Nah, I just tend to have a lot of guy friends and consult them when it comes to matters of male behavior.

I also work in the restaurant industry. I'm very familiar with how low and shitty guys CAN be. It's naive to rule out the extreme when the extreme exists and is very alive and well.

Ah, my bad. I am delusional. I didn't realize that you had such credentials, you working at a restaurant and all, and that you were conducting such serious research with a few "guy friends" you talk to. I thought you were just the run-of-the-mill brainless loud-mouthed Aries girl.
