Honesty

Is there a such thing as being too honest in a relationship? I have an issue with being too open at the wrong time. For example; I was going to hang out with my male friend I bn knowing before my bf. I just ask him will it be okay if I hang out with him and of course that convo went down hill. So he is ignoring me so who knows how this will end being that he is a scorpio. Another example, when ppl ask for my opinion and help, I answer bluntly and honest to the question. Do anyone else have an issue with being too honest/open?

I've had a problem with that before with my current boyfriend and almost lost my relationship with him because I was a little bit too honest at one time :x That was like 9 months ago

@blue18 did u give him his space? What did u do? Lol my bf is completeky ignoring me and its secretly killing me bc my intentions were not to hurt him.

@octoberfrost... I am learning that now... And yea I see what u mean. His irrevelent info cause more fiction than help.

I guess I would just rule out ever being alone with a female friend if I were to date a scorp.

Is this guy someone you were ever with romantically?

Why can't you all just go hang together? That might build trust and diffuse the situation entirely...

No I dnt had/have any interest in him but he did like me but I told him I only see him as a friend and remain friends ever since. I barely hang with him. This one time we were going to be in the same place so I didn't see anything wrong bc it wasnt like I was setting up a date. I thought it was a gd idea at the time just to see how he feels about that since we tell each other what we do if it's out of routine but now I wish I haven't. I wouldn't even step foot in that building. He means a lot to me so I never want him to feel disrespected.

I'll never want to hang with both of them. I could really careless about my friend(not to sound mean but it's the truth).

So being honest about who you're going to meet up with or whoever is in your social circle is probably fine, but when communicating this to Scorpio...asking for permission might make it sound sketchy. It's all in the phrasing and not wanting to rouse unnecessary suspicion and cause unwarranted ripples 🙂

Thanks guys for your input n advice. Unfortunately I haven't talked to him in days and he is ignoring my txt, my apologies etc. So I just let it n took it for what it is worth. Better luck next time.
