Anything that makes me physically tired, which would be martial arts. However, you could probably practice Tai Chi according to the way it's done for meditation purposes because that also helps.
I express it, but really calmly, clearly and coldly...almost like a robot or a capricorn.lol Then I give myself and the source some space from each other. I feel so much better when I let it out. The bull comes out when the rage builds up, so no bueno. When I can't express it to the source, I listen to music and exercise, the anger is still there deep down but exercise makes it incredibly easy to forget about it.
