How To Understand Astrological Chart Compatibility

Hello, my name is Natalie. So I recently found out my full astrological chart.I know you're probably thinking, why is she posting on a Taurus forum, but my best friend who I have feelings for is a Taurus. It is his birthday today, and after spending last night with him, we decided to look up our astrological charts. These are my chart results:

So I am having trouble understanding my chart. I think understanding my chart would help me get to understand myself better. I also want to know what other signs I am compatible with. My friend, the Taurus, and I have get along so well. Sometimes I feel like we're the same person in opposite sexes. For fellow Taureans I want to know if you could figure out his char. I personally don't think it is a good idea to do chart synastry with someone until they have spent at least a good 12 months with each other or a good foundation of friendship has been established as I think the person who has the information will start to change themselves or use this information instead of just letting the relationship grow naturally.

Good point of view, I have never thought of it that way! We have been friends for a while and our relationship is pretty established. I would not want to change myself for someone ever, even him, I think he likes me the way I am haha. But thank you for your feedback.
