My 23 y/old Libra daughter is working with 31 y/old Taurus and by popular demand he is mad about her. She is liking him as well.
He is a chef at the restaurant and there are other young women but he cooks for her personally. Guys told her when she is off he playing with her shoes.
They all giving him hard time about it but he doesn't care.
So he has a girlfriend who is part of Italian family fix up and everyone hates her for being nasty. Guys asking him straight in his face not to bring her to the parties to not to spoil fun.
He owns the house but he wouldn't let gf move in.
My daughter just got a job offer that fits her degree to a T and she is leaving soon.
I am just a concern parents thinking wtf!
Is he that 'traditional' so he would marry someone he apparently not in love with just because of the parents?
And he is 31! Grown up man!
Is she supposed to leave and then he will wake up? It's been over 2 years now. They are together every day. Maybe that's why he is taking her for granted?
When she was out for 3 days he was texting her every day and I just found out he is texting her daily always.
So...

I want them to be together because she really is into him. But I want to understand why is he so...slow?
Honestly she is gorgeous and he is...5 to her 11. Could that be that he is insecure?
Guys told me that his gf is hideous.

More for the men.
The women can marry whoever without everyone freaking out as much. The men marrying some other female is like the end of the world.

I've been dealing with Italians my whole life. Love them to death! 😂
My brother stood up and swung his arms around to prove his point one time and hit the chandelier and it fell and broke. Hes 6'6" tall. Then my cousin threw a bucket of olives at her husband cause he mentioned some woman she was jealous of. Ahh good times.

She should avoid that and you should help her to. It doesn’t matter what you’re doing in your life. One of the most important jobs of being a Mom is making sure your kids learn from you and don’t repeat mistakes the parents make. Frick that guy.

However when you see them suffering from uncertainty - you just wondering and asking stupid questions from people in forum! Lol
If it was my daughter I’d tell her she could do better and don’t even bother with him.
He has a girlfriend? Why would you want her to get involved with a guy who is already emotionally cheating. Want better for her Gemi.
She should avoid that and you should help her to. It doesn’t matter what you’re doing in your life. One of the most important jobs of being a Mom is making sure your kids learn from you and don’t repeat mistakes the parents make. Frick that guy.
I almost wanted to text her myself and pretend to be him. It’s hard when the decisions they make are no longer in your hands.
Or maybe it's a restaurant business to blame to? Lol
I think the millennials will be ok. I have faith in them. We just need to nudge them along the right path. Same as with every generation I think 🙂
But at 23 if she isn't there' yet mentally - I can't do much. But she is fine. And she is leaving so...🙏Hopefully there is some single doctor waiting for her! Lol
Your daughter should never settle. Make sure she knows that.click to expand

So...
