People often describe strong attraction at first between a Taurus man and Libra woman, especially around comfort and chemistry. But over time, differences show up—Taurus can feel too stubborn, while Libra can seem indecisive or hard to read. Many say it works when both adjust, but the dynamic isn’t always as smooth as it looks early on.
i read once that if you both can survive the initial stages of the relationship, it is one that has the potential to last.
apparently a rocky start is to be expected.
I like Taurus energy, stable, warm, sensual. My first bf, 4 years was Taurus Sun. Our downfall was his Venus Gemini vs my Venus Scorpio.. The Taurus person needs to have some placements or aspects that stimulate intellectualism or the Libra will get intellectually bored. The Libra needs to be ready for lots of sex or the Taurus will be sexually unfulfilled.
Taurus needs to not be too stubborn and Libra needs to appreciate stability.
My husband has Taurus Moon, so actually I love a touch of Taurus energy.
I'm a Libra woman and currently "likes" a Taurus guy. I believe the relationship can work very well as long as both people understand each other in the early stages. Also, Taurus obsessive behavior towards a partner works well with Libra's feeling of always needing to be "needed." Sex... I'm very sexual and always ready. I heard this is Taurus thing also. Being sexually attracted to each other will always help the relationship. Libra's can be very fickle so that can upset your stable nature. If she's moving to another country, why pursue her. Is it temporary?
Taurus is possessive and want stability. Libra like be free and when you will start to occupy all her time and freedom, she is air sign. will not accept this way. You should forget about being possessive and push her to marriage , other way, less chances...
Great combo. Very compatible. I have a lot of experience with libras. The key is patience, be gentle and understanding, and always be there for them. But if she's moving to a diff country I really don't know then
Definitely be gentle. The marriage issue could go either way. I love being married and always wanted to find my soulmate since like age 12. Would depend on her Venus probably. A Lib + Sagi Venus might be hard to pin down.
What about libra and Aries Venus
@ SophiaEva, what do you mean Libra always needing to be needed? Wouldn't that come across as clingy and turn off for Libra?
"If she's moving to another country, why pursue her. Is it temporary?"
I ask myself that question and I'm only in it for the long haul
I'm born 16-May-1986, she is 27-Sept. She is younger than me by a good few years. I think she is at least 21 and at most 27.
@ Delia "You should forget about being possessive and push her to marriage" Way too early to be talking about marriage, we're not even dating.
@ duchesslibro "stimulate intellectualism" I see myself as an intellect person if a little too serious at times.
"Definitely be gentle. The marriage issue could go either way." If we ever date, On the first date, just get straight to the point and ask her views on marriage. She would run a mile. haha

What about libra and Aries Venus
You must be asking about the compatibility between a Libra and a Taurus who has Aries Venus right? Idk, Aries Venus is known to be a rather self centered placement so relationships are always on their terms. I dont have any experience.
I wasn't referring to "being gentle" and marriage together. Libra energy just really prefers gentleness overall.

Yes I'm a Taurus with Aries Venus and he's a libra with libra Venus. I don't feel that I'm an Aries Venus though. I'm not selfish but I am impulsive
how are things going with her, atearth?
@ SophiaEva, what do you mean Libra always needing to be needed? Wouldn't that come across as clingy and turn off for Libra
@atearth, It wont turn her off if she truly interested or likes the guy that running up behind her.
For example I'm super crazy about my ex whom is a Taurus, we are good friends. There are times when he
truly leaned on me, and needed me around almost everyday I was over the moon happy that he always felt he could depend on me, and didn't want to go more than 24 hours without hearing my voice or seeing my face. Its the ones we are not "that into" that will turn us off.
You have to make sure she really likes you, because when i like a guy secretly i just cant get enough of them. Its actually when they turn cold, aloof, or distant is when i start to loose interest. I dont like controlling, bossy, mean guys. I mean they cant be mean to others either, i simply hate it. My ideal guy is family oriented, super funny, calm, sexy, and smart. He should smell great, and have a killer smile, dress nice, and have goals and working hard towards those goals. Nothing sexier than an ambitious man to a Leeb woman since she spends most of her days dreaming. lol

I've had nothing but good relationships with every Taurus dude I was ever with. However, I cannot agree with the "Libra needing to be needed " thing. Maybe it has something to do with my Virgo moon, but that was the one thing that kept me and my Taurus loves at odds. THEIR need to be under me all the time. The Taurus guys I dated were as sweet as pie, but their clinginess and obsessive ways (kinda cute at first) is what drove me away. And yes, early understanding is a necessity. You have to set the ground rules right away. As an Air sign, space is definitely a must. Doesn't mean we don't want to be around you. It just means that we require head space from time to time. Even til this day, I am still great friends with the Taurus guys I dated in the past. Both signs can be very stubborn and determined to get their way. Libra's are a little more charming with theirs...lol, and Taurus can be a little more cut throat with theirs....like an Aries and not caring what comes out of their mouths when their angry, which can be a major turn off for an Air sign or maybe Libra's, but like @PinkLibra stated, if she really really likes you, trust me, it won't be overbearing unless it gets out of control.
@atearth... sorry for the delay. Most Libra's hide feelings very well. Being needed does come off as clingy, however some Libra's have that quality due to planets in their birth chart. Have you tried doing a natal report? Would help to understand your Libra more. I can say early and mid Libras, such as your love interest tend to be needy but hide it well. A good sign, is if she is extremely thoughtful of remembering very small details of everything you speak about.
I'm a Libra girl and one my ex is a Taurus.
He was head over heels for me, but we argued a lot because he'd rather lie and hide things instead of peacefully talk things out, would talk to other girls (no cheating but he really enjoyed talking to old flames for some reason) was a coward when confronted..he would ignore me for days when I catch him in an act and then when he decides to talk to me he still doesnt want to talk about why he did what he did.
I broke up with him and sadly, he still wants me. Swears I'm all he wants and I honestly believe him. Almost half a year and he only shows interests in me and does favors for me, sends me gifts flowers etc..as a libra girl I'm a sucker for this and sometimes I want to give in but then remember what he put me through so I'm staying away!!! Must admit I do love the attention though.
@ duchesslibro I'm a gentle person in nature.
@ mysteriousTaurus we've only been in contact via fb messaging. However I've not messaged her in over 2 weeks now. Out of the blue I just sent her a message yesterday; but she hasn't replied yet.
Looking back at my last message it was a little to the point; asked her if France is the country she calls home? Has she any family living in the UK? And what kind of work are she was interested in looking for.
@ pinklibra perhaps too much time has passed. I can imagine the woman that I like being a daydreamer.
@ lib4life I can see the libra woman being charming and I'm a little cut throat at times.
@ sophiaeva, I must bear that in mind about libra hiding their feelings very well.
@ libragir13, I would love to send her gifts and flowers if I knew what she liked.
i may be biased but i think taurus and libra are a great match but i think it is highly dependent on what else is in the charts. i think unadulterated librans and taureans would be absolutely terrible together.
librans like their space and love an engrossing chat while taureans can be possessive and silent.
i think though that if you use your patience to accommodate the differences and she uses her easy going nature to adapt to you and your needs then i can't see why it doesn't have a good chance of working out.
agreed ^^^ !
