He's taking to defaming me and turning people against because I'm not interested in talking to him.
He literally bullies guys into not talking to me. It's very creepy.
He talks about me shamelessly behind my back when I confronted him he plays dumb and completely bewildered.
He's very passive-aggressive he'll conveniently forget forms I've asked for, deliberately stands in my way and not move, and then plays victim.
Ex.
Sometimes he'll just sit there and stare at me for long periods of time to the point of if I'm talking to someone they notice then I turn and notice and look away.
He then goes around telling people I'm looking at him.
