Does Taurus Influence Food Waste Habits

Taurus is associated with practicality and appreciation for material comforts, which can include valuing food and leftovers. Having Taurus placements like Venus or Jupiter may lead to a tendency to save or finish food rather than waste it. However, individual behavior also depends on personal values and environment.

I'm curious, I have venus in taurus, also jupiter in taurus, and I do not throw away food. Ill usually finish my plate even if I'm stuffed, or make leftovers out of anything or everything. And I find it really bizzare if others don't save leftover food. Could this be attributed to taurus in my chart? Anyone else behave the same?

I don't throw food out unless it's mutating into some evil science project in the fridge. I freeze leftovers for another meal, I have what I call "vegetable stalactites' in the chest freezer. Just keep layering leftover veg in a freezer bag and when it's time to make soup, pop it in the pan.

hmm...i always eat half of what's on my plate. when i'm alone, i might clean my plate but ALWAYS in situations where other people are around, i only eat half. it's not deliberate.

like if i go out to a restaurant, half of my meal is going in a to go container. i'll probably have taken only a couple bites of the main dish.

if i have guests at home, i only finish half of what's on my plate. i get fuller around others for some reason? either that or my frugal taurus nature likes to stretch out the goodness.

not your head venus πŸ™‚ AA...he claimed to see some imaginary program on tv. i think he was high, had the munchies and was staring at a blank screen for an hour thinking about what it'd be like to have a plate full of food.

wow, that's true too. i loathe stopping to eat. especially when i'm working. i used to hate when i worked outside the home and coworkers would like to go to lunch. eating midday makes me tired, is a waste of money and i have work to do. i'd much rather work through lunch and worry about food later. i can't tell you how many times i've said, "i don't think i've had anything to eat or drink today." that wouldn't be so bad if i weren't saying taht after 7pm. so it literally doesn't dawn on me to eat.

i hate grocery shopping. i like to do it in bulk as much as possible. the more i can avoid going to market...hell, any shopping, the better. i do have a weakness for fruits and veggies from way back when i was a vegetarian so i do run in and out to get some fresh produce but my staple is tuna. it's quick, it's easy and i like it. i wish they had the cans with the lil pop top thingy so i didn't need to use a can opener. i literally, when i think i might need food, will sit and think, "ok, i have to go to the kitchen and get a bowl and open the can...ok, i'll do it after i finish this." an hour later, still haven't eaten a damn thing.

so yeah, i tend to skip meals and the sure fire way for me to know that i MUST eat isn't when my stomach barks at me. it's when i lose my patience. my bitch quotient goes through the roof and although i'm not yelling and screaming, my ability to tolerate BS is deficient.

tauruswmn, do you have a lot of aries/fire in your chart?
