i will make this short- i have been friends/coworkers with this virgo for 7 years or more..i have been asst supervisor for 2 yrs and she was promoted 3 wks ago. well i was in a supervisors meeting one day due to the supervisor was out, and one of the supervisors said to make sure to talk to the virgo chick about her attitude and how she talks to other employees, because she doesnt want virgo to get complaints against her. so me thinking i was giving her the heads up told her to watch the way she talks to people because people are watching and paying attention to her attitude and how she handles people. well if i tell you the virgo chick got real pissed at me,started asking who said what..i told her it doesnt matter who said what all you need to know is that you need to curb what you say and whatyou do because people know you can fly off the handle sometimes. she was real upset and asked why wouldnt i tell her who said what. i told her that doesnt matter, what goes on in the meeting we really dont suppose to share but since i thought she could handle what i told her,,i was highly pissed due to i went out of my way to give her the heads up and she took it as negatively as a virgo would take it. i told her i will never tell her anything else. i feel that i cant trust her. the so called friendship has changed..and my thought process is to drop her like a hot potatoe..it just will take some time to do it as we do work together and i dont want to create a hostile enviroment at work. so tell me what you think..
